I wanted to give everyone an update on my 'situation'. As a result of this original post, I heard from RM customer care and they are allowing me to return this bag and either have a refund, or choose another bag. I am so happy about this, as I really didn't like the bag and didn't want to keep it! I'm very grateful for the compassion of the customer care department at RM! Thanks so much.
I am glad that you are going to be able to return your handbag. It did not sound like it was up to the quality that is usual for RM. I also am impressed that RM considered your situation individually and "flexed" on their no return policy. I think it helped that you are such a loyal customer. Let us know what new handbag you pick!

Any plans on making iPod touch 5th Generation cases? I'm so disappointed that there are no designer cases for the iPod. Come on designers, we iPod Touch owners want fancy cases, too!

I'm glad there are other designers who are FINALLY making cases for Samsung smartphones. Hopefully in the future, Rebecca will finally realize that not everyone owns an iPhone anymore. And she'll finally start to make cases for the Galaxy S4 and later, the S5. Crossing fingers and toes this will come true.I'm just so sick and tired of buying those generic and cheap cases that you can find at Amazon. I plan on upgrading to the Galaxy S5 next Spring (I had the first gen Note, but I got rid of it due to it being so buggy), and I would love an RM branded case. Seriously. Please make this come true, RM Team.

Hello Rebecca Minkoff Team. I am from overseas and I ordered 2 items on the Rebecca Minkoff website 2 weeks ago. I was informed that my order has been shipped a couple of days ago. I just found out the carrier is Pitney Bowes, not Fedex/ UPS anymore. The number provided is not a tracking number. With this number, I cannot trace my shipment. The eBay Global Shipping Program is also using PBI so I know how it works. I want to express my opinion that I love Fedex, who is fast, polite and reliable while I have reservation about PBI, who is slower, un-trackable unless they provide you other numbers. I sincerely hope that your company will consider to use Fedex/ UPS again as the carrier for overseas orders. Thank you!

i bought a Rebecca Minkoff Cupid bag from a local shop. After 3 months of use, the metal part attached with the bag dropped off. The retailer said they would replace with a new item voluntarily. After 2 months of waiting, they asked me to collect the new item which they claimed it was from RM. However, i could still see the screw which suggested that the screw was not screwed tightly. They refused to do anything else but asked me to take the bag which they claimed is in a perfect condition. i have attached 2 photos. Should the second photo considered as in "perfect condition"？

In reference to the gold zipper and tassel, I will contact the wonderful facility that coordinates our repairs and see if they have a replacement for you. I can send you a message once I hear back!
I would love to see some new tech cases as well. As far as I know, there are no plans to have new ones come out in the next few lines. I will definitely pass this suggestion along to our design team, as I think it is a fantastic idea!
We do use Pitney Bowes when shipping internationally and I totally understand your frustration with tracking your package through that platform. I hope in the future we can help better that system so your tracking information is current and that you are constantly able to check your order's status while in-transit. In reference to the Cupid handbag, in my opinion it does not look like it is in perfect condition. If possible, I would go back to the retailer where you purchased the bag and see if there is anything else that they can do. If they are unable to help you please keep me posted and I will try and find a satisfactory solution for you!

I got over 30 RMs in 3 years, and even my hubby knows, if it's purple and Rebecca Minkoff buy it. I have one little question though, and I understand it's not just the purples. I bought a "Purple" nikki back in the Black Friday 2011 sale, a "Purple" MAB with Gunmetal hdwar in an August End of Summer 2012 sale, and another "Purple" MAB last Christmas. All new, all with tags from you for 2, and another retailer for the 3rd. 3 different shades, 3 different leathers, all tagged "Purple". I also have 2 different Grapes, one from 2010, and one from 2013. A few different "Teal". And so on and so on. When buying online and we see a color name we have no real frame of reference. my 3 "Purple" bags couldn't be more different. oh, 2 different Lavenders, 2 different shades of Eggplant. You have so many wonderful leathers, but if I weren't 'adventurous' I would have missed out of a few bags, because I already have a MAB in "Purple" or I already have an eggplant. Is there anyway you can choose new names Deep Purple, Dark Purple, Purple Violet, Violet Purple could be 4 different leather names, and we would understand that Deep Purple is not the same as Dark Purple. Jammin Purple is great, you know what you have. And if another Jammin Purple came out, we'd assume the color is at least similar. Other than that, I'm happy as a clam. So far, the count is 3 new RMs for Christmas.

THIS! Maybe you could just put the year the bag is sold i.e "Eggplant S13" for spring 2013' in this way we would know the shades are likely very different... Thank you!
