To answer your question about the lining of your new Jealous Tri-Zip (great choice by the way!), the lining is authentic. We do normally select patterned interior linings, but there was a time when black was the chosen fabric color. It does not signify a sample by any means!

I think she means the zipper (teeth) don't match the rose gold hardware.

I'd have to agree....it looks terrible. I used to have a mocha MAM with rose gold hardware and the zippers were rose gold too.

I think you should send it back. The zippers should match the rest of the hardware. You can try emailing their customer service and see what they're willing to do for you. If you don't get a response from them within the next couple of days, you could try posting the picture (along with your complaint) on RM's facebook page.

i have a bag with rose gold hardware and the zipper looks the exactly the same. i know RM has some bags with rose gold zippers that match the zipper pulls and clasps but they do have bags which look like yours and mine. they may not look the best but they're authentic.
