In reference to the gold zipper and tassel, I will contact the wonderful facility that coordinates our repairs and see if they have a replacement for you. I can send you a message once I hear back! ;)

I would love to see some new tech cases as well. As far as I know, there are no plans to have new ones come out in the next few lines. I will definitely pass this suggestion along to our design team, as I think it is a fantastic idea!

We do use Pitney Bowes when shipping internationally and I totally understand your frustration with tracking your package through that platform. I hope in the future we can help better that system so your tracking information is current and that you are constantly able to check your order's status while in-transit. Thank you so much for sharing your opinions about this, I will certainly keep it in mind so our international customers stay happy! :D

In reference to the Cupid handbag, in my opinion it does not look like it is in perfect condition. If possible, I would go back to the retailer where you purchased the bag and see if there is anything else that they can do. If they are unable to help you please keep me posted and I will try and find a satisfactory solution for you!

I have not forgotten about your interest in learning more about the leather we use, I'm still collecting lots of data to share with you!

Hello RM team,

Great to hear from you and your views on my cupid bag. Actually, the retailer has written in black and white to me that they would only replace the bag as shown in the 2nd photo as a replacement as it is in a "perfect condition". They even quoted "Lemon Law" and said that they had fulfilled their obligations under that law. The replacement bag is still with the retailer, it is now a deadlock.

Appreciate your willingness to help. Just in case you are not aware, the retailer and i are in Singapore, can you advise how should i proceed from here?

Is there any chance of a re-release of the zip MAM? Perhaps in the haze leather....?! I would love nothing more than a purple haze zip mam with the new strap option!

We do offer replacement black tassels for our handbags. We are currently waiting on a new supply of the tassels and as soon as they are in I would be happy to send them to you!

Hi RM team,

i have not been able to resolve the issue on the Cupid handbag with the retailer in Singapore. They claimed that the handbag is a brand new one from RM. Could you please advise how can i check if the said retailer is an authorised dealer of RM? You have mentioned that you would try to help. Can you please let me know how should i proceed from here?

Are there any plans to re-release the Rebecca Minkoff "Line" Quilted Large Affair Bag and in a variety of colors? I hope so because I so need this bag especially in red, navy, burgundy, purple, almond or yellow!

Hello, I own SEVERAL RM bags and they have all come with a patterned lining. I recently purchased this REBECCA MINKOFF JEALOUS TRI ZIP SATCHEL BLACK LEATHER HANDBAG BAG and it has a black lining. Everything else looks correct. I was wondering if RM has ever made bags with just plain black lining for like sample sales? BTW I own 2 others that do have a patterned lining.
