In reference to the gold zipper and tassel, I will contact the wonderful facility that coordinates our repairs and see if they have a replacement for you. I can send you a message once I hear back!
I would love to see some new tech cases as well. As far as I know, there are no plans to have new ones come out in the next few lines. I will definitely pass this suggestion along to our design team, as I think it is a fantastic idea!
We do use Pitney Bowes when shipping internationally and I totally understand your frustration with tracking your package through that platform. I hope in the future we can help better that system so your tracking information is current and that you are constantly able to check your order's status while in-transit. In reference to the Cupid handbag, in my opinion it does not look like it is in perfect condition. If possible, I would go back to the retailer where you purchased the bag and see if there is anything else that they can do. If they are unable to help you please keep me posted and I will try and find a satisfactory solution for you!

Hello RM team,
Great to hear from you and your views on my cupid bag. Actually, the retailer has written in black and white to me that they would only replace the bag as shown in the 2nd photo as a replacement as it is in a "perfect condition". They even quoted "Lemon Law" and said that they had fulfilled their obligations under that law. The replacement bag is still with the retailer, it is now a deadlock.
Appreciate your willingness to help. Just in case you are not aware, the retailer and i are in Singapore, can you advise how should i proceed from here?
