Thank you so much for bringing the mistake on RebeccaMinkoff.com to our attention. The dimensions of the Jody pouch are correct, and the reason it is $20 more than the Kerry is because it is bigger. The correct Kerry dimensions are 9”W x 6.5”H x .25”D. I really appreciate you letting us know and we are so sorry for any confusion!

Hello, girls! I am in need of help. I bought the black RM Quilted Mini Affair from ShopBop and while everything else was great the bag didn't have the outer pocket (on the back of the bag) I had seen on youtube in one of the videos... Is the bag a fake?
EDIT: I am reading from the previous page that there aren't any slip pockets this season. Hopefully this answers my question.

Does the framed initial necklaces come in "V"? I checked both RM.com and Bloomingdales and I was so disappointed the letters stopped at "T." I wanted to order one as they look so pretty. Thanks.........

I am a new fan of rebecca minkoff bags. Within 20 days i already got two in my hand and another one on the way, but I have some problems with my first MAB MINI bought from bloomingdales.com a few days ago. It's a MAB MINI in color mahogany,original price 395,gold/light gold hardware /black and white lining.
1, The bag came without dustbag!(and no vincent card either) That really bothers me a lot! (no vincent card is fine).And I also found some scatches on the bottom feet.So I contacted the customer service of bloomingdales.com and wanted to do an exchange, but they were out of stock of this exact bag. I really really love the color/leather of this bag and decided to keep it. Could you let me know where I can get a matching dustbag (black/white one)? I just want it to be perfect! THANKS
2, In the interior zip pocket, I found three extra tassels put in a small plastic bag. There is no extra tassels for my MAB, I just wondering is this the new feature of the new MAB MINI?

Newer Mini Quilted Affairs do not have the pocket on the back side of the handbag. That said, your bag is definitely an authentic RM!
There will be a few styles coming out very soon with rose gold hardware...so exciting! So many people have asked about this and we are happy to announce that these bags will be available within the next few weeks, just in time for the holidays!
Unfortunately, the Initial Frame Necklace is not currently available in the letter "V". :shame:
We are hard at work trying to re-release the blue hologram Elle Mini!! This item will be a web exclusive on rebeccaminkoff.com. We will share more specific details about this bag as soon as we can.
No dustbag, that's not good! Please contact Customer Care for a dustbag (put attention to Kelsey and she will take good care of you!). Vincent cards are no longer included inside Morning After Bags/Clutches, as they caused some confusion for customers. Handbags from more recent seasons now come with extra tassels just in case any get lost.

I have to tell you, unfortunately, how disappointed I am with my recent purchase of a MAC on RM.com. It arrived tonight and I was very excited.
But when I unwrapped this bag I was immediately struck by the flimsiness of the leather, and the fact that it doesn't feel like leather, nor does it have that lovely leather scent that my other RM bags have.
I got this bag on sale, and bought it even though it said it was a final sale. I already own SEVEN MACs, two MAMs, two Swing bags. I mention this to let you know that I'm quite familiar with the brand, the quality of the leather, and the overall construction of these purses.
This MAC in Fern was a color I admired since I first saw it a while ago. When I saw it was on sale I jumped on it. The final sale aspect didn't bother me as I am the happy owner of all those other RM bags! But this bag is a big disappointment.
This has to have been manufactured on the cheap, and it shows, even holding it on my hands. Extra tassels were provided, but the tassel on the zipper was shorter than any of the other tassels on my other MACs. Those tassels are distinctive, and something I love about the bags. The 'abbreviated' zipper tassel looks… off. I could live with that if the quality of the leather was on par with my other bags. It's not. This leather is thin, feels like pleather, and looks like it too.
I'm super disappointed in this bag, and am wary, now, of future purchases from your website. There isn't a store in my vicinity that carries Rebecca Minkoff (we aren't getting a Nordstrom for another year), so I can't inspect the bag before I buy it.
I felt safe making this final sale purchase because of my nice collection of RM bags, but this has been a wholly unhappy experience. I put the bag away; I'm so disappointed in it that I really can't bear to look at it now. I wasted $200 on this, and that hurts.
