I have the Swagger 27 with rivets in gunmetal, heavy use (daily) for 4 months last year, and the gunmetal is absolutely fine. Except where it has worn shiny on 2 studs where it contacts with the folded down handle and that's rubbed against my body when it's carried crossbody.

BUT I have a new black copper Rogue 25 w/ tea rose in melon, bought Xmas 2017 and the first time I even used the shoulder straps and then checked at the end of the day, a LOT of the black copper had rubbed off on both the rings and the clips. I've since removed the straps out of fear of it wearing. I don't think that's normal but I don't know, I have read that the black copper is just a coating so it's expected to come off?

What a shame! Maybe there’s some bad batches of black copper hardware out there.

Do you know if hardware like that is a warrantable issue? I've contacted Coach several times to really lay out the terms of their warranty but their answer is always "the bag has to be brought in to be evaluated". To cover their own butt, which I do understand. But I'd like to know if something definitely WOULDN'T be covered as well, to save myself the trip to the boutique with my bag in tow!

If it’s as bad as you say then I think it would be covered under the 1 yr warranty and they’d replace the hardware. But I’ve never taken a bag in so I’m not an expert lol But it sounds like you’d be covered.

Is anyone with Parker having issue with the top flap of the bag? It seems like unless the bag is filled up, flap gets bent at the top and develop crease..... Also depending on what I have in the bag, one side of the flap gets vent and cause crease there too. I’m sure this is because the flap leather is thin/not reinforced well, I’ve never had this kind of issue with Chanel flap bags....... I wonder how well the bag wears after a few months?
Do you have any pics of the problems? This is the one I've been considering but I'm worried about creasing.

How much does the parker fit? Would I be able to easily carry full size wallet, wristlet, keys, phone?
I like small bags and find this bag a little tight and awkward. I have to put things in differently than I would other bags to make it fit right. I like how it looks so I kept it but it isn’t a bag I want multiples of. Your phone probably would not fit in the front or back slip pocket. I have one of the small IPhones so it fits in the front slip pocket but larger ones would not. It would have to go in a main pocket. A full size wallet would be tight but probably fit. I just think with all of your nice bags and the space you like to have this might not be the best choice.
