Is anyone with Parker having issue with the top flap of the bag? It seems like unless the bag is filled up, flap gets bent at the top and develop crease..... Also depending on what I have in the bag, one side of the flap gets vent and cause crease there too. I’m sure this is because the flap leather is thin/not reinforced well, I’ve never had this kind of issue with Chanel flap bags....... I wonder how well the bag wears after a few months?

I'm here to learn. :) Which colors do you have?

Which Parker do you have that you are having his issue with?

Mine has light creases on the back of the bag at the very top but it makes sense based on where they are. If I need the flap opened all the way folded to the back it creases the leather. But it looks fine on mine. Kind of subtle like it belongs there.

I have the black quilted one, it does'n have much issue with the bent at the top, but it does develop crease when worn as single strap. the flap is not as structured as Chanel flap bags. But considering the over 10x of the price difference, I can forgive the crease. :P

Been a busy work day and just getting around to checking emails, etc. Thank you so much for letting me know! Looks like they put more inventory online. It was sold out. Since I thought it was sold out, I kind of mentally moved on to the pink one with the stripes. I just love how feminine it looks and saw an ad with a woman wearing a black leather jacket. The combo was dynamite!

Now that I heard a bag I ordered via Coach retail is now cancelled, I have extra $. I had ordered that brown saddle colored kiss lock bag with the jewelry-like embellishments. It was on the Saks site and maybe another one but since I had it at 30% off via the last PCE, I kept waiting for Coach to deliver. For some reason they haven't and it was finally cancelled almost a month later. I ordered it on 3/11!. I kept following up, too, and never an indication it may not fulfill. Oh, well......guess I didn't need it!

I’m not 100% positive but I feel like it’s the older black copper hardware that chips. Maybe someone else can chime in. But my Ivy Rogue black copper hardware does look different than my older rogue with black hardware. The Ivy black copper just looks ... heartier? It’s not something I’m too concerned about. But I agree I’d love a light gold hardware!

I wonder if it's just the grey that chips. A couple people mentioned they noticed it on the store models. Does anyone with the gunmetal on other colors have any issues?

I have gunmetal hardware on my Nomad in Butterscotch and it has never been an issue with chipping. That bag I purchased I want to say Fall 2015? And my Rogue in Oxblood with rivets has black copper hardware and again no chipping.

I have the Swagger 27 with rivets in gunmetal, heavy use (daily) for 4 months last year, and the gunmetal is absolutely fine. Except where it has worn shiny on 2 studs where it contacts with the folded down handle and that's rubbed against my body when it's carried crossbody.

BUT I have a new black copper Rogue 25 w/ tea rose in melon, bought Xmas 2017 and the first time I even used the shoulder straps and then checked at the end of the day, a LOT of the black copper had rubbed off on both the rings and the clips. I've since removed the straps out of fear of it wearing. I don't think that's normal but I don't know, I have read that the black copper is just a coating so it's expected to come off?
