Hi,
I have the small version of the Cerf tote and currently use a purse organizer. I use one by Purse To Go. I would like to continue to use the organizer with my Cerf tote but it's going to be a little challenging unless I remove the pouch.
I have a few questions for all of you current and previous Cerf owners out there. When you carry the tote, do you use the pouch? If you use it, do you keep it snapped in? Additionally (if I may ask), what do you keep in the pouch? Before I purchased a purse organizer, I used it for makeup and my glasses.

I did use it and it seemed to keep my Cerf in better shape for wearing....I kept the same things as you in it, makeup and glasses.

ush: Gonna go dig out my pouch!
I use it but it never stays snapped in unfortunately. I put my keys and makeup and wallet in it for easy finding.
I'll third that opinion! I think the insert adds a little extra weight to the bag. The cerf has enough pockets to hide a wallet and essentials. I thought that insert was a great idea until I actually tried to use it. I thought I was the only one who had problems with it unsnapping during use.

Thanks, ladies! It would seem that you all use the pouch. I never thought about it keep the shape of the bag in tact. I appreciate the tip!! I guess the next time I carry the Cerf, the purse organizer has got to go.
I don't know if it's comforting or not, but I do have the same exact problem with the pouch coming unsnapped (I didn't put that in my original post). I find I have to either constantly reattach the pouch or hold one end of the pouch when I unzip it (it works half the time).
I still love the bag though. I find it to be such a classy bag....

I immediately removed the pouch... I like having lots of space in my bags rather than a bunch of compartments! I use it to carry my face products and makeup and whatnot. When I'm not using the cerf, I just put the tissue that came inside it back inside to keep the shape. The pouch would just annoy me too much, haha!
Sorry, I didn't see your response until now! I might try removing the pouch and using my purse organizer. I love the Cerf and would like to carry it more often. The snaps annoy me too!

I dont use the pouch when I use it during the day for work, but if I do carry the cerf casually, I do use it. Just in case of getting pickpocketed!! The opening of the bag is huge and Im afraid ppl can just simply put their hands in to grab my stuff!!
