Exactly! they dont even have any more of the same bag I wanted/returned because it was defective!!!! not in black, not in white, not in whiskey! that is an even exchange!!! law of retail trumps supposed law of "ethics"

Kat, you did nothing wrong. Coach didn't have the bag you purchased, so they have to offer you a fair alternative, which they did, obviously. Enjoy your purchase and forget that loser. :heart::heart:
 
You claim to work for Coach, Sarah. So why not actually address the issue?

Is Coach, your supposed employer, aware that you approve of this type of deception? Is this something you practice?

I have been in contact with customer service this morning and I have alerted them to this and the practices of their employees. As a longtime Coach customer I am shocked.
 
Since we are in the practice of reporting people who are doing unethical things, how about since you are a lawyer, we report your boss that you are on The Purse Forum instead of working on your next case :s
 
oh jesus, give it up. seriously. we're not interested in picking a fight. we're not in grade school anymore.

call coach up all you want. or you could *gasp* let THEM deal with the business side and you can just be a customer.
 
I know that if a customer complains loud enough they will do something about it.. especially in NY. If this person really is an attorney and really has friends in high places, this is how it works. They will deal in her/his favor just because they are friends with him/her and i lose out, and he/she wins and feels better about him/herself FOR NO REASON! cuz they have no life and nothing brings them joy but their 30 cats!
