I never said I was a lawyer and don't work. I care about lots of stuff, but not 30 cats. Just the two that I have. Oh, and I care that I might pay more for my purchases because some cheapskate doesn't want to pay the correct price for a bag.

let me reiterate, you did NOTHING wrong. this is something coach is aware of, they have to be. they would have to be idiots to not know. but you did an EVEN exchange when yours could not be repaired. there is NOTHING wrong with that. they send you the credit letter when they can't repair it- you have NO say in it.
