I just searched their post office reviews and they have many packages missing or not delivered!

I'm so happy. I called USPS 800 number after the Post office manager in Baltimore would not help. USPS opened an investigation with this post office in Baltimore. This put a fire under her you know what, I received a phone call today and the Post office manager said she was so sorry. She said her postal carrier did admit he delivered this package ($625 blazer) that had signature confirmation at 12:10 PM on 10/12/23!!! He was lazy and just gave it to the front desk clerk. She finally uploaded the scan to show the package was delivered 4 days ago!!! This buyer saw the notes, but never even responded. Now I should get my payout in 3 days. I should have gotten it yesterday. PM CS was great too. They responded to me via email and I let them know the name of the Leasing Officer at the apartment and that the post office manager did admit it was delivered on the 12th.

One thing I have noticed on PM is they always seem to upload the wrong delivery date. I had 4 more orders shipped and delivered last week. They all got to their destinations on Wed. All but one of the orders has the delivery date wrong even though USPS shows they were all delivered on Wed. One did not update on PM until Thursday, so now I have to wait 4 days for the buyer to accept or have the payment released. The one that did not show delivery until Thursday the buyer hasnt even accepted the order. It shows she's on PM every hour. She is a seller. I'm getting really tired of these PM sellers that buy my items and then never even respond to my messages or most important accept the item. I always message and thank the buyer, ship the next day, wrap up item, let them know when I ship and no response. I'm done paying extra for tape and tissue paper to wrap up every item. No more. I'm finding out that most people don't do this. That is extra $$$ and time out of my pocket. I also don't have to rush to the post office the next day. No more. Done with that.
I don't think I would sell if I had to go to the post office. I leave packages on my porch or in the mailbox and they get picked up.
I don't get thank yous from every buyer but enough thank me for the careful wrapping that I will continue to do it. Even if no one ever thanks me, it gives me peace of mind to know I packaged it so it won't be damaged.
I had another high end item that is still waiting for the buyer to pick up. I received an email from USPS on Wed stating the buyer needs to reschedule delivery or go to the post office. It's signature confirmation. I saw she has been on PM. I politely mentioned that it looks like USPS tried to delivery your package and it waiting for you to reschedule delivery. How long should I wait to get PM customer service involved?
I have another crazy buyer that has 3 of my brand new Burberry coats in her bundle. She had the audacity to ask me if she can just purchase the belts off the brand new burberry coats. I messaged her back and said "I'm sorry I'm not just selling the belt." I blocked her. I'm blocking a lot of crazy buyers now. Don't have time for this. I also had another rude woman send me an offer for one of my burberry coats(brand new with tags) for $250 less that I listed it. I countered with the price it's listed at. She then comes back at an even lower price. I blocked her. I also noticed when I counter many times they don't purchase or counter back, so I'm done with counter offers. Too many rude and disrespectful people on PM!!! All of my items are high end designer and brand new with tags. Buyers are already get a really good deal on my items. I don't have to sell, but I want to clean out my closets
I tend to ignore unreasonable offers, but I remember one crazy person who demanded I lower the price bc she saw it on another site for selling less. When I suggested that she buy it on the other site, she accused me of being “rude,” and told me that‘s not how ppl do business in the real world lol
That's great advice about ignoring unreasonable offers. You sure dodged a bullet with that potential buyer. I would have told that buyer to do the same.
Reading above posts, I get why you are upset for some lower offers, but guys, this whole market is down, you are actually lucky still have people want to buy clothings from you, I have not bought any designer clothings in the last 2, 3 years because I focus my money on things holds value when market is bad (you see, I am not a buyer of yours), and $250 off a Burberry coat isn’t that a big deal, I bought brand new classic trench coat $500 off of $2,000 directly from Burberry, and I bought brand new or like new Burberry coats with tags for 70%-80% off of their retail prices on secondhand market.

Your right I should be appreciate that I'm getting offers. I just have had some rude potential buyers that have messaged me under bundles of mine.
I'm "guilty" of making low offers. I never get aggressive or nasty with people. Recently I was looking to buy some premium jeans. Two Posh sellers had jeans that might fit the bill for me. I made lower offers to both and both rejected my offers. I get that people don't want to sell their stuff too cheap but when it comes to a pair of jeans we all know that even in the style and size you've worn before they may not fit just right. I don't buy items with the intention of reselling if they don't work for me. So I didn't argue the point with them. I bought a pair off Mercari for a lower price and those two sellers still have their jeans.
There isn't really much opportunity to communicate with people on Posh anyway - except for the public board where their listing is.

If you want to communicate directly with sellers, make a bundle of the item and ask your question there.
