I really wish I knew the etiquette for bundles. I have many buyers create bundles and then never do anything. They don't send a message or make an offer. After awhile, I assume they want me to make an offer, which I do, but it gets ignored most of the time. Why are these buyers creating bundles? Do they even know that they did?

I admit I don't understand bundles that well. I get that if a seller has more than one item you can create a bundle. but if you create a bundle with one item, it's not really a bundle? and you're not committing to anything?

I don't get sellers who will offer you a lower price after you like an item and then when you ask a question they ignore you

Some of this may be an accident on their part. Sometimes I want to just share a listing because I think it looks nice but I accidentally click on some button that creates a bundle. This happens to me every time I log into the site; I think the places to tap may be close together on the app.

I definitely do not understand all of the intricacies here, but I have noticed that I have an option to offer a lower price to everyone who has liked my item. If the price I am offering is not 10% lower than a price I have ever offered in the last 30 days or 60 days then it will not send the offer to anyone other than the handful of people who have liked the item in the interim from the last time I did a price offer (so in this case the offer me only go out to a couple of people). So maybe they are offering it as a general price reduction offer to everyone who likes the item? It still doesn’t excuse the fact that they will not answer questions, but some people who are not very active sellers will offer a reduced price on their item but not have the understanding or motivation to answer questions.

I know I can offer a lower price to people who like my items. I suspect there is also a way to do this automatically as a lot of people offer a lower price as soon as I like their item

Do you think it can still be an accident if there are two items in the bundle?

I think there’s a way also. I also have this happened to me, especially from bigger sellers. As soon as I like an item I will get an offer for 10% off.

If added at the same time, no probably not. If they were added at different times, yes.

If they meant to create a bundle it is possible that they are too shy to make an offer and want you to make them an offer (but since they didn’t respond, either they still can’t make the offer work or they have moved on mentally by the time they get the offer).

When I make a bundle it is one of these things: I made a bundle by mistake, I made a bundle so that I can keep track of the item easier since I have a lot of likes and there’s a separate tab for tracking your bundles, the seller has a multiple item discount so then I can go back later and check if they already have an item that I want to buy by looking in my bundles, or I want to send them a private message but forgot or didn’t have a chance to send a message yet.

When someone makes a bundle for my items I always send them a message in the bundle asking if I can help with anything, and if the price is flexible usually I will send them a 10% offer also. Half of the time people ignore me or say they just made the bundle by mistake, or sometimes they are hoping to get a very low price and are are just wanting to chat about it for the most part.

Thanks! I've done it both ways - sent a message and sent an offer. Neither seems to work very often.

Reading above posts, I get why you are upset for some lower offers, but guys, this whole market is down, you are actually lucky still have people want to buy clothings from you, I have not bought any designer clothings in the last 2, 3 years because I focus my money on things holds value when market is bad (you see, I am not a buyer of yours), and $250 off a Burberry coat isn’t that a big deal, I bought brand new classic trench coat $500 off of $2,000 directly from Burberry, and I bought brand new or like new Burberry coats with tags for 70%-80% off of their retail prices on secondhand market.

so guys, please instead of getting angry, maybe be more appreciative of the buyers you have, especially in this down market, the worst thing is not lowball, the worst thing is nobody give you an offer.
Except some people aren’t real buyers. I don’t think anyone in their right mind would hope to buy an authentic Chanel classic flap for $500. I’d probably get blacklisted if I put in an offer like that for a house.

You would be so surprised I had bought quite some authentic Chanel bags for $500 to $1,000, including a classic double flap in black and they were not broken or damaged, they were used but in very good condition

I’m going to guess that they are vintages. I’ve seen ppl trying to buy an authentic Chanel classics that are pretty much new (~5 years). I don’t think you can get a decent fakes at that price.
