I'm so mad! I was hoping it would have been updated this morning. I just called the post office and spoke to one of the managers. She is going to look into this. She put me on hold and called the postal worker for that apartment building. He said he did drop off this package on Tuesday, but there was alot of packages so he gave them to the front desk. The manager said sometimes they don't scan every package! But he is going to go back to that apartment today or Monday to see if it's still there. OMG, I will be so mad if this buyer lies and got the package. I don't like it that this buyer saw my message and did not even say anything. I sure hope she isn't hoping she can just keep this brand new designer jacket and get refunded too. Most honest buyers would have responded and said I received the jacket. I had emailed PM CS and they never responded, so I requested they join my conversation under the order. I stated the package was out for delivery 3 days ago and was supposed to update the scan a couple of days ago. I asked them to please follow up with USPS to get the package scanned. I saw the buyer was finally on PM and saw my message. She did not even say anything! I don't trust this buyer now.

I think you are protected, unlike you would have been on ebay. You shipped it, it got scanned. What happens after that is Poshmark's responsibility since they paid for the shipping. If the post office doesn't show as delivered, I believe Poshmark will pay you and refund the buyer. Then they will probably open an insurance claim against USPS. Since USPS can't prove it was delivered, it was their fault. How much Poshmark gets from USPS depends on what kind of coverage they have with their agreement with USPS.

Yes, I lucked out and got a really nice manager at this post office in Baltimore. I don't like that she admitted they sometimes don't have time to scan all packages! She said the postal carrier for that address was just on that street and might not have time to go back until Monday. I sure hope this buyer is honest.

I better be protected. That was a brand new $650 blazer. It was one of a kind. This buyer better not be lying. That is stealing. Of course PM CS has not responded. Funny how they respond in one second if a buyer opens a dispute because an item doesn't fit!

I told him to please not give it to this buyer until the postal worker comes back and scans it. He said he could not do that, since this is between me and USPS!! So now this buyer can just pick up the package and say she never got it!! I called the post office back, but the manager is gone now. I'm hoping the postal worker will go back today and scan it! It sounds like he might not have time until Monday. That will be too late.

hopefully the buyer is upstanding....sorry if I missed anything but do you have reason to believe she would not be honest?
 
Thank you. I'm on the phone with the Post Office Supervisor. She's telling the postal carrier to go back and scan the package! He wont go back and scan it!! This carrier is lazy!!!! This is a signature confirmation and he doesn't want to go back to scan it.
 
I told that to the leasing manager, but he said he doesn't get the packages and the front desk does. He said they can't tell the postal worker what to do. This leasing manager was nice to go look in the back room to see if the package is there. I cannot believe I have now wasted 3 hours on the phone with the post office and the apartment. The postal carrier is telling them he is not going to go back. The postal manager now said I have to open a claim

Hi, she already saw my message to PM CS. I don't know if I can trust her. She can know just take the package and say she never got it. I don't know if she can even mark the item as accepted when it still says out for delivery. I cannot believe how rude the Leasing Officer was at this apartment complex. I called him back and he yelled at me. I'm just going to wait until Monday and follow up with USPS.com and open a complaint with that post office. All I care is PM pays me or I get the $650 blazer back. Of course PM CS still has not responded to me. The only time they respond is if a buyer opens a claim.
