Good decision. It needs to be done right. Your SA should not give you any pushback, but what a hassel! If they come back and say that is the best they can do, try fighting for a credit voucher so you'll get reimbursed for the bag for the amount it last sold for. You can then use that voucher to get something else. If that is the BEST they can do, they should not expect you to just say, ok thanks and settle. Your canvas was NOT that way when you sent it in, so why should you accept that when they returned it? You shouldn't. If anything reimburse the $400 you paid as it is not done correctly. Keep us posted. I hope it all works in your favorThanks for the response. These aren't folding marks and I'm not able to flatten the canvas (or come close to it at all). It definitely was not straight when the piping was reattached.
I'm going to take it back to the store tomorrow. My SA is a super nice guy and I have generally had great experiences working with him so hopefully he will do the right thing here.
