Does anyone know these days how much it would be to replace all the vachetta for a Petit Noe (old model)?

I finally got around to ordering loctite and I’m very pleased with the results! It closed the crack up seamlessly.

I just went ahead with the online process of my Trousse 23 to have basically the exact same procedures done. (New lining+new zipper) and they just quoted me 190€. For reference I'm based in Berlin/Germany

After almost 8 weeks I got my Trousse 23 back from the repair. And honesty I couldn't be happier! I don't know why I alway almost mesmerized but the quality of the repair, the packaging, the whole customer care service is so well done that it's simply worth it. The total came out at 190€
I was quoted $900 for my regular Noé, but when it came back, they charged me $660, and that was for the large GM, too.
Ah! I also received my Trousse repair this week. I would post photos but I had the CA wrap it because its an Christmas gift to my mum.
I have had four bags sent to LV for Vachetta replacement. The most recent being my Randonee PM. It took 8 months and I am incredibly happy! The cost was USD $1,170.
Prior to that was my Samur at a repair cost of $ 1,310.
My Alma and Speedy were a lot less because they were sent early 2022.
Considering each bag cost between $225 and $290 mostly from sellers in Japan on eBay, it’s worth the cost because new bags are ridiculously priced.

I’m definitely a believer in sending the vintage and pre-loved to LV Repair!So here the promised Update on the repair of my Speedy 25, the initial quote was 625€ at the end it cost 565€ which was a very nice surprise as I was expecting to pay the quoted amount. It was supposed to take 8 Weeks but they were able to do it in 4 weeks. Love that!I ordered a small luggage tag (60€) + a new Lock (35€) which I'll be able to pick up next week. (Oct.31th)
Ive been through the leather replacement process a couple of times now but I'm always surprised by how good it turns out. And how I all of a sudden fall in love with the bag again. I honestly will probably continuously have my bags repaired rather than replaced.

I'm looking to replace the straps on my 1998 Babylone. I don't live near a LV boutique, so I'd have to send it in for an estimate. I'd rather not go through that hassle if it's likely to be more than I'm willing to invest in such an old bag.
I don't know why they can't just quote me a price for the new straps. There's nothing to see except cracked leather.

I had all vachetta on mine replaced last summer & cost was around $1,100 + tax. Only problem with this is the date code is totally removed & my bag was from '90s so I lost the "confirmation" of age with the replacement.
