Is this worth repairing my 2001 Pochette Accessoires? Canvas is perfect, but noticing the tab and zipper lining is starting to fall apart. Will LV repair this? If so how much do you think it'll cost to repair? Thinking that they might even charge me to replace the whole zipper lining? Also might replace straps because of some cracking. How much do you think all this will cost? 
I love the lv repair service I think its just amazing to give items more life also its sustainable which is also a plus. So personally I'd rather replace than re-buy. Get a quote through the app (I noticed it's usually a better price) and take it from there.
So here the promised Update on the repair of my Speedy 25, the initial quote was 625€ at the end it cost 565€ which was a very nice surprise as I was expecting to pay the quoted amount. It was supposed to take 8 Weeks but they were able to do it in 4 weeks. Love that!Hey guys! I've had a full leather replacement on my Speedy 40 a few years ago and I was so extremely happy. Today I wanna take my Speedy 25 out for the last time.And give her a proper farewell before I send her of for a makeover.
Here's a little bag(ck) story about the bag her date code dates her back to November 1997. I bought her two or three years ago, at the time I was considering buying a Speedy B 25 but since I'm on the taller side (6 feet) I wasn't sure about the size. So while I was indulging in a glass of wine or two, I thought why not get a used 25 and see if I like the size. (??) And guys, I L.O.V.E. the size, while I do have a nice little collection of handbags, this little guy became my favorite!I realized that personally for this size I could perfectly live without the Bandouliere. When I bought her I only paid 189$ (!!!) Canvas was and still is in perfect condition, handles showed very obvious signs of use, which I could easily wipe off to make them look way less junky.
Here is a before pic that includes her older Sister Speedy 40 (VI0489) that has already been through the process. (Vachetta Shoulderstrap is bought of Etsy non LV)
I will update the quote once I was at the boutique tomorrow.

I ordered a small luggage tag (60€) + a new Lock (35€) which I'll be able to pick up next week. I just recently had my strap, leather tab, d-rings and zipper pull replaced.
Tab replacement is $100. And I just went in yesterday to pick up my new strap and they charged me $100 also.
They did initially give me a quote of replacing entire zipper pull and it was pricey. I can’t remember exactly but if I can recall it was over $500 but don’t quote me on that. I didn’t need the whole thing replaced just the pull but they did not charge me it.
I would rather repair than replace, especially since the canvas is perfect. Even if the zipper pull was pricey, all repairs would still be less than a new model.

I don’t believe you can repair this yourself, I would definitely say use a cobbler or go to LV

I went to LV Store in KaDeWe to sent of my Cabas Mezzo.
They quoted me 750€ for all external leather parts including zipperpull and additional 65€ for the inner leather tap that holds the d-ring.
I honestly expected it to come out more expensive because of the leather base of the bag and overall higher costs.
So I'm very happy with that quote. I was considering replacing the bag with a Neverfull MM but I compared the two in store and just like the Mezzo better.
Here are a few before picture and I'll update once I get the Mezzo back.
