Thank you ladies for all your concern. She is going to allow me to return the bag for a full refund. I originally tried to accept the Ice Blue for the way it is but because I did not have the privilege of babying it from its non-yellow days, it would've been too hard. The bag will be going back on Monday.

The seller is really good about taking bags back. I had a similar problem with a Bal Shoulder and she said to ship it back and she refunded me. Except you will have to eat the shipping fees shipping it back to her.

If you haven't sent it back yet, and really love ice blue then an alternative is to send it to Barbara at LMB and ask if LvLady will refund you the amount of the restoration!

I have an Ice Blue twiggy at LMB and Barbara said it should be done in a week or so, mind you it has been there for 2 months, but for me the wait is worth it.

I also sent her an indigo city and it is at the Post Office right now (Damn USPS) waiting for me to pick up tomorrow morning!! :yahoo:

Good luck - I am sure lvlady will refund you for the bag, but it you love Ice Blue there are other options to just sending it back!

I'm glad she is going to take it back and refund your money. I would love an ice blue but do not want to deal with the yellowing so I would never buy one. It's a shame because it's such a beautiful color at the beginning ....

Did you take the your ice blue in for yellowing? Did they tell you they could treat it? What are they doing to the bag exactly?

Just wondering if Balenciaga was going to help you out?

One of my Chloes has the 'edgework sealer paint" cracking problem. I am curious to see if this is fixable.

I used the Silk Serum on my Blueberry and it seemed to have worked...the leather looks much better now.

I'm buying the "for handles only" from LMB to apply on my Sandstone Work, I just hope it really works.

Oops..this happens to my 05 city black too, but i did consult with the professionals who service designer leather bags and they said can be done buy repaint the faults on the handles, maybe black color is easy..but i'm not sure abt the rest of the colors...i haven't got the chance to bring the bag to them to service my handles....:)

2005 black first.. i think i've been taking care of her.. abused her too much.. she's all aging now. I still have receipt and everything from Barneys.. can i bring her back for repair?

I checked out lovinmybags.com but the fee for the whole make over can get quite pricey. Would Barneys or Balenciaga do that? for a little cheaper?? the bag is quite damage now.. i wanna get it fixed.

Please advise.. thanks girls
