I saw in the photos that one of the tassels on my MO shows some wear too. I will try the acrylic stuff on there before even thinking of touching the bag.
Looking forward to your results. I have a metallic pink large shoulder that is faded. The metallic shine is intact, but the color has faded. I bought some pink dye a while ago to bring it to life, but haven't gotten around to rubbing it down yet (I'm backed up with an infinite number of pending rehab projects that have overtaken my main dining table, but lol who cares, I never use that table anyway).

I'm a bit anxious, so we'll see. Lol, I still have that True Red Ring Hobo just lying around waiting to get those damn handles removed. 😬
Good thing I don't have a dining table...
