i don't know how it happened:crybaby:i just noticed it the other day, its about 2" long on the side of bag, the scratch/scuff looks lighter where it is. i can take a pic if necessary... what can I do?... leather treatment?... something???

sorry, that really really sucks! i hope things work out.

does anyone know if CALCAIRE yellows? yeesh... i have 2 of them. nothing yet, but i just want to know if i should be worried and not take out my newest one into the sunlight...

wait for the seller to reply. she is really sweet and understanding. maybe you two can come to agreement about returning the bag. it is not worth the headache and extra money in trying to fix it. good luck!

I haven't seen the same problem with Calcaire as pale pink and ice blue. Mine still has the original color and it gets used.

I am almost POSITIVE she will allow you to return it for a refund. She did that for me, and I know of at least one other PF-er who was able to return a bag for a full refund (incl. shipping)! In both cases, it was nothing to do w/authenticity - it was because something about the condition of the bag wasn't obvious in the photos.

I have purchased from her before and she seems reasonable.

As powder said, fading is NOT yellowing. BIG difference!

If it was not mentioned in the description, then she needs to give you a refund.

If a bag is not as described, then that is definately grounds to request a refund even if she has a 'no refund' policy.

Let us know how you go!
