Artbag may not be any faster or as fast but they have been around and they won't mess your bag up. They may say they can't do anything for a certain stain or whatever, but if they say they can repair it, they don't *paint* the bag. I have seen several bags that they did work on and they were perfect. I don't think they can remove the dirt from handles. I asked and sent pictures and they said no. BUT you can try it yourself. I saw that magenta and wanted to try to clean those handles.
You can probably get the darkness out, but then the handles may be faded. However you can get the handles dyed if you can remove the dirt. When you get the bag, try Oil of Olay facial wipes. Use a lot of them. Don't keep putting the dirt back in, and it is dirt. Hand oils, hand lotions, dirt, etc.
Wet it well with the wipes. Then start squeezing with clean wipes. As long as the wipes are dirty, you are taking the dirt out. You can also use a soft rag to squeeze the oils and dirt out. Apple cleaner is pretty strong and you can try this too. I had very good luck with it on my '05 camel. Granted the handles weren't real bad, but they were warmed for sure.
A month or so after I used the Apple I got it out again and went to work on it with the Oil of Olay wipes. I got more dirt then. I can barely see any darkening now. A few days later I moisturized with Apple conditioner and sprayed with Apple Guard.
I have heard that cornstarch works, but I haven't tried that. You could try that first, then go to the other methods. I almost bid on that bag because I wanted to try to clean those handles. I am tempted to buy a bag with really dirty handles if I see one cheap and see what I can do with them.
