Rejuventating, Repairing or Restoring Your Balenciaga

I have a 06 pale pink box that I loved and used like crazy last summer. It now looks dingy and kinda yellowish. Is there any way to bring the color back to life???
The pink bags posted earlier are beautiful!!!

If the changes to the color are really bothering you, you can send your bag to LMB for a restoration. I've heard they do excellent work.

Hello~
I bought 07 the brown one city with the gold hardware few weeks ago, less than a month, and I see the handles and the bottom corners of my bag getting faded. It's getting into really light whitish brown. Is this normal? It's just my first balenciaga and just wondering if the dark bags fade easily. Thank you!

My black city which I've had for almost 2 years now has never faded (I used Appleguard on her). My ink which I got in Dec. hasn't either. If you could post pix more experienced Bbagers than me might be able to help you better. Don't worry too much, sometimes we think it's worse than it really is because we fixate and love our bags soooo much, I know I do.

No never had a bag fade! If you leave the bag on the ground a lot you will find the corners scuffing try to avoid this

unfortunately bbags are prone to fading... but mostly the lighter ones... do you set the bag down on the ground a lot???

I tend to put my bags on the ground a lot when I go out. Where do you guys keep your bag when you guys are out like at the restaurant? I should start putting my bag on the chair from now on.(Would this help from not fading?)

I have an 05 caramel twiggy and the corners have faded too. I think it really depends on how you treat your bags. I throw my twiggy on the ground a lot so that could be why the corners faded.

I have never had fading, I sit my bags down on a big fluffy towel in my car and at work. I also cover it with a towel in the car so the sun coming in the windows doesnt fade them.

Is it the truffle? According to Joseph at Balny the truffles base is white and will show thru on a lot of bags and look almost marbled.

I never put ANY of my bags on the ground They always sit on my chair behind me, or on my lap, or hang on my chair behind me, or sit on another chair. I don't even place them on restaurant or cafe tables...spills or grease are a no-no.
