No DON'T use any Coach cleaner. She says that turns them yellow.

it happens to all bbags....just more noticeable with lighter color ones

i have a white purse and money wallet. and i just treated them the other day with Apple. I used the purse and the wallet very frequently, and i admit that i am pretty bad at keeping it clean, and keeping my dirty hands and others away from it. i don't have a picture of it before because it really wasn't too pretty, but i do have a picture of it now. i just took it.

i actually used the cleaner and conditioner. i don't use it on any of my other b-bags, but only the white as it was so dirty. thanks by the way

It is. The cleaner is fine. It's the conditioner. It leaves a waxy film that turns them yellow. It almost ruined my beloved MJ white Frankie. It wasn't the bag that was yellow, it was the waxy coating from the Coach Conditioner. I removed it with Apple cleaner, like new again except for a tiny ink mark on the front that I used acetone on. DO NOT USE fingernail polish remover. It takes away the dye. It's a small spot, but due to the fact that Frankie's are next to impossible to find, I think I will send this to artbag for a small fix on that one spot since it is on the front of the bag. It's not that noticable to others, but I know it's there.
