Hello everyone,Can anyone tell me if Les Insectes was reissued? Thank you
Hello Ladies-a quick cleaning questions for you. Is there a good method to rid a plisse scarf of mothball scent?? I just received it from *bay (listing did not mention it
Thanks in advance...
Except I think that washing a plisse is a whole different ballgame from washing a twillLeave it out in a well-aired room for about a week - NOT IN SUNLIGHT - that should do the trick. If that fails, you can wash your scarf, like a fine cashmere sweater, cold water, keeping it in motion, NO SOAKING, NO WRINGING, pat it dry, lay on a towel to dry.
Yes, but I don't have the dates. It comes in non-jacquard and a couple different styles of jacquard.Hello everyone,Can anyone tell me if Les Insectes was reissued? Thank you

Hi, I just joined this forum and am amazed at all the knowledge here! I'm hoping someone can tell me about this scarf I recently found. It's signed "Henri de Linares" and has a hunting theme. The scarf looks and feels authentic to me (I've owned real ones before), but there's no care tag. Also, it has two stains, the hems have been pressed flat and one corner is frayingDo you think it's worth trying to sell on Ebay?

Any info is much appreciated. Thanks!![]()
No worries- I knew not to wash the plisse. Markova you were right about just leaving it to air out for a week! It smells fine and I did nothing else to it. I also figured out that the main problem (or remaining problem) is that the box smells strongly of mothballs still. Any suggestions for that? Putting baking soda in it for awhile sounds like that might help that. Febreeze lightly maybe?
Thanks for all the assistance. I echo Lilly's thoughts about finding out how much fun these lovely scarves are and what a great group the TPFs are!
This is authentic, and a special issue Ex Libris for Les Parfums.Hello ladies,
My DBF made me miss my flight yesterday (he had my ID and credit card in his wallet and got stuck at work when he was supposed to be driving me to the airport) so before he took me to the airport today he gave me a lovely vintage Hermes scarf he had purchased. What is it called? Is it rare? I really love it and the condition is beautiful. I've attached a photo I found on eBay of the same design, but I believe the name of the design is incorrect. The seller is freebirdvintage to give credit.
