Darling you missed a very crucial point. My SA is a leather SA.

I re-read the Reddit lady’s sharing. Believe she received the numbers of 2 RTW SAs and 1 FJ SA.

In Paris, not all SAs are able to serve across metiers and offer a BKC, which is what most on this thread are after.

The usual practice is for an SA to assist only within his/her department. We’re read from this forum that non-leather SAs are able to request for their leather colleagues to assist (subject to availability or prior approval from SMs for pre-arranged appts). We’ve also read that some SAs have been trained to assist clients in shopping across metiers but not all can offer BKC.

When ordering from the H France website, you must choose the option of store delivery under address options. You then choose which store you want it delivered to. Voila!

You can’t get reschedule to a different day. Also, considering how difficult it is to get an appt in the first place, once you’ve been granted an appt, it’s extremely unlikely the system will give you another one in such a short space of time (think about the tens of thousands of others who apply every day and are unsuccessful!). May I ask why you applied for a spot on Monday if you aren’t going to make it?

Thank you! I’d say mindset and confidence? Hopefully this doesn’t come across as self-inflated, but I went in firmly knowing that everything that is supposed to come to me, will come to me. I know that’s super hippy, but I didn’t feel desperate or like I needed to beg for anything—I’m happy, healthy, and have a full life, with or without a bag.

I think knowing some French gave me confidence and wearing my favorite outfit also gave me confidence!

I would call the store and explain that you are unable to make it to your appt and ask if there’s any way to come in at another time.

I’m sorry that you SA wasn’t upfront with how crazy it’s gotten at FSH and that you weren’t able to even get an appointment in Paris. I hope your home SA gets you your bag soon! ❤️

Possibly the SA didn’t know. Mine has no idea what shopping at H in Paris is really like lol. I’m just recently returned from a few days in Paris and I didn’t bother going to any of the boutiques at all. My SA will be quite disappointed that I won’t have any good stories to share when I next see her.

My SA said the same to me…three years ago when Paris was still super quiet due to COVID. Clearly your SA is behind the times.
BUT, on a positive note, they know exactly what you are hoping for so when they offer you a bag, it’ll be one you love!
