PPS some of the private rooms are too warm, comfortable for trying on RTW, but really airless and with zero natural light to really see leather colours properly.

Yes I have seen that last summer as well! Oddly the birkin/kellys were offered in the FJ section. Then once I got to the open bag appointment area, the tables were filled with Picotin and in-the-loop offers..

I will be going to Paris for a work trip at end of May / early June. Any comments on the inventory around this time? Also, I wanted to order the customizable calvi but couldn’t find it online anymore, wonder if this is discontinued?

FJ lighting probably makes everything especially the hardware look more extravagant and sparkly.

Sorry to hear this happened to you too. Same for me, leather appt desk lady didn’t bother to check any profile etc. the other lady must have been really lucky or there’s another mystery we will never know 😅

Adding onto the appt location discussion! When I had my walk in last month I was brought to the second floor at a table near the elevator/bag display/staircase to wait 15-20min before the SA came to discuss my preferences. After about 10-15 min the SA then brought me upstairs to a private floor where the 3 boxes were already set up on the air vent. Nobody browsing could see the offers except for one French lady who accidentally wandered upstairs and was politely asked to go back down. I only saw DC/Picotin offers at the tables on the second floor. Didn’t witness any B/K offer while at FSH but I also didn’t wander into FJ!

My only FSH offer (a B25) was in the men's department!

Am I understanding correctly that you walked in and got a leather appt? Amazing! Did u had to queue at the start of the day (if you don’t mind me asking)?

Success story! Applied every day for an appt and failed every day. Went in on Saturday to ask for cancellations and was directed to the QR code even for a non QB.

Today (Monday) I went in around 330pm and the same ladies who rejected me on Saturday whisked me upstairs when I asked about non QBs. Offered a bolide 25 in vert jade, halzan 25 in vert vertigo, and ended up walking out with a rose azalee PHW Constance 18!

I didn’t ask about B/K but was offered 1 of each bag I asked about in the colors I asked for. I didn’t have a sob story, just mentioned I had been trying for an appointment. Dressed nicely and wore Hermes jewelry/bag (also when I was rejected Saturday) but they didn’t look at what I was wearing both times. My takeaway is to go on a Monday or Tuesday as a walk in and avoid Friday and Saturday at all costs. Big thanks to the people who posted here about going in around 3pm earlier in the week!
