Hi! I'm hoping someone can help me regarding leather appointment In Paris. I will be arriving on January 20 (Saturday) in Paris around 5pm. Is Saturday open still for the Hermes leather appointment link to register for a Monday appointment? If i get lucky of course 😅 or am I too late already? I saw online that Hermes boutiques are open on Saturday but not sure if the leather appointment link will work to apply for a Monday appointment. Hoping someone can share or help! Thank you so much!
Yes, you apply on a Saturday (between the window of store opening hours) for a Monday appointment.

Should be fine so long as you apply by 6:30/7pm ish on a wifi network.

Hey guys!

I managed to score a leather appointment at the flagship store yesterday. I applied Saturday morning and got the confirmation text/email Saturday evening. I was a little apprehensive as stock levels are apparently low on Mondays? But I had been waiting so long for a lottery appointment (I live in London) I thought it would be worth a shot either way. When I arrived it wasn't as busy as I heard it would be but possibly because I had an evening appointment? The ladies at the check in desk were really lovely I will say. They did advise that the system is down so things such as a scheduling code to check your appointment time or any changes were not working.

I was introduced to the SA that would be handling my appointment. He was OK, not overly interested but not extremely nonchalant. He proceeded to ask me what I was interested in, I let him know I was looking for a B25 or K25 in a neutral colour like noir, gold, chai etc but I'm not afraid of a pop of colour & I wasn't fussed on the hardware colour as I like both gold & palladium etc.

He noted what I was looking for and went away for almost 20 minutes, I was starting to feel hopeful that today was my lucky day! but also a little anxious.

The time passes and he comes back with ✨ nothing ✨. I was kinda bummed but I know securing a lottery appointment is not a guarantee for a QB. I will definitely keep trying but good luck to all you ladies, I hope we get our dream bags soon :D x

That’s so annoying!! It’s so hard to get an appt from the UK too. Out of interest have you ever shopped in Paris before? Did you have an account already with them

I have shopped at Nice and Cannes in 2022 and 2023. Would those purchases be consider as purchase history for Paris store or not?

Will be in Paris for work and would try my luck for a leather appointment. Don’t have high hope but want be prepared with the real wishlist

Or else hopefully walk out with some shoes, scarves, belt or something to make the store visit worth it 🤪

Thank you all for sharing your experiences. Keep expectations in check.

Hi all, for those that do not live in France but have a SA in Paris they work with when visiting… when you contact to set up an appointment, do you specify that you would also like to look at bags (if possible)? Or is that something you bring up during your actual visit with you Paris SA..? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

May I ask if your SA is in a department that is not leather?

Just mention to your SA that you will be visiting and if you can have a leather appointment (rdv).

If you are shopping as a tourist, not a local, then your overall spend in France will be noted. However, your purchase history doesn't impact lottery selection. If you are trying for a walk-in, profile does impact your chances.
You will definitely find something to make the visit worth it!

If your Paris SA is not a leather SA, I would mention bags later, after you have a confirmed appointment.

If you have a specific bag you are looking for, it would be ideal to mention it a few days ahead of time, as in "I know it might be a long shot, but if a xxxxx turns up in store, that is my dream bag". Paris SAs get asked for bags every hour on the hour but if you are very specific, and they like you and/or you have bought a lot, they may keep an eye on stock for you.

Thanks @QuelleFromage for your response.

I don’t have SA contact at Paris store and would appreciate in case someone wants to refer a wonderful SA via DM.

I will try my luck for Constance, B or K in size 25 or similar 🤞

You can never have too many shoes and some of the new additions online look great so hope to try and get something I like. As such it’s hard not to shop when in Paris. 🫣

Somehow I even end up shopping during layovers at CDG 😶

No harm trying to request for a walk-in appt. In any case, Paris boutiques have a great array of eye candies so even if you don’t score a leather appt, I bet you’ll still have a great shopping experience. Have fun!

Your request for an SA referral from a Paris store - that’s a big ask. A lil audacious too TBH.

Hello everyone,

Lucky me is traveling to Paris again in mid Feb. If I remember correctly an FSH SA told me that it is usually 4 weeks after a fashion show when they receive the first items. Does anyone have experience with such early purchases?

On SA connections: I have shopped in Paris a view times but never established a relationship with someone in particular. My local SA offered his business card without me even having to mention anything. Is it as simple as asking for a card or do you think it doesn’t make sense as a visitor?
