is there anyone (who doesnt live in France) who customized the calvi card holder prior the Paris trip and picked it up when visiting Paris? how long ahead do I need to place the order? Thanks

I have done This. Lead time on website states 8 weeks and I ordered it 9 week prior to my trip. However it arrived within 3 weeks. I knew an SA there and emailed them to see if it could be held and they did this. An alternative would be to contact customer service after placing the order.

Hello! So I won lottery appointment at FSH for today, flew in as I live in EU, and guess what? No bags which I wanted, the SA who served me was really nice and mentioned that if I would like to take something bigger then 25 he would maybe find something but I refused. I’m not wearing bigger bags and didn’t want to buy just to get any Q bag. So no luck for me again, last year I won a lottery at sevres but back then SA was super rude, didn’t even asked me what im looking for.. it’s second year of trying and honestly im getting tired of that game 😭 ps I do have a purchase history in Paris, just in 2023 i spent over 15k eur..

The thing is that im not a birkin girl yet 🙈 I only wants Kellys in smaller sizes 😆 I didn’t ask for a constance, I requested as non Q bag mini lindy in gold with gold hardware but it was also unavailable overall it was very pleasant appointment and probably if I would request B30 or K28/32 im pretty sure I would get it

There’s a gross story on the Hermes Reddit about someone who “scored” two Constances in Paris and is trying to flip the lizard buckle one because “it’s not her style”. People like that make it bad for us all (if the story is even true…doubtful because how could she get two Constances on consecutive days without being a real H player).

Yeah that pisses me off when people do that in Paris (and even in the US)--buy the bag with no real intentions of using it, but end up flipping it for 2x the price. Leaves us that really want the bag either empty-handed or forced to pay resell prices.

And RE: getting two, she could have used multiple passports for lottery appointments, or just got lucky on visits with/without prespend, or a combination of things. Nothing is predictable or logical in H world...haha.

Or do you guys know who I should email to see if it’s possible for them to have some bands available for me to try on when I’m in Paris? I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. I had horrifying experiences in Serves. The SA was immensely rude. Fortunately, my SA in FSH is lovely. Grateful for that.

Thank you but honestly even tho I returned home empty handed it was the most pleasant experience so far. Paris is very tough to get a bag unless you’ve got unlimited funds 🙈

So i have requested over 112 times now (!!) and now i stopped getting any evening emails that says you didnt get the appointment.. (so i do get the email right after requesting with the link to confirm you requested) and then it says you successfully requested, but eternal silence after that. Anyone else has this?

An Sevres SA wrote to me that if you are applying for lottery system you need to be logged on French Wifi. Not sure if that is true.
