Hello , there is an item i have been searching for since I started my H journey 2 yrs back and saw it online at one of the countries I will be visiting.
Unfortunately, i am not so sure of my size.

Can I check how does pick up in store works?
I only saw that there is 21 days to pick the item up, am wondering if I do miss that time bracket to collect, what happens?
Also, would i be able to get VAT refund on that item if i do decide to keep it ?

This is the Paris thread; is the item available in France?

Yes ,item is on the france H website
Then you can order from the website for pickup in any Paris store. They have dedicated areas in-store for online pickup.
After 21 days the item is sent back to web inventory, although I believe you can call and extend that.
For tax refund you’d have to return and re-buy the item. Many people do this and there’s much discussion on this thread; I’ve never done it personally.

Does that count toward your "Paris" profile; or toward the local profile you use on H.com?

This is a long shot.
Last year, I was able to shop leather goods via walk-in at FSH, but did not get the SA’s contact information.
I’m heading back to Paris next month and hoping that lightning strikes twice. Does anybody know how I might be able to contact the lovely SA that I worked with if I failed to get his business card?
Thank you!

If you don’t have his contact info will be hard to prebook an appointment, but when you are there you can try asking for him at the leather desk and see if he is willing or available to see you and take it from there. Good luck!

U can try your luck by asking for the SA who sells you XXX last year from anybody who can access your profile on their iPhones at the store.

Would you happen to have his name including his surname? If not, your SA's reference number should be on your store receipt, that information would also be useful to request for help, when you arrive. Bonne chance!

Im hearing from a couple of sources that prespend and total amount spent in your Profile in Paris is becoming important, it determines your chances of scoring a B/K
This has never been true/verified
The fact is no one knows !
Plenty of example of people with no pre-spend scoring/not scoring and people with high pre-spend scoring/no scoring

I scored 3 QB + other NQB and been offered the whatsap direct contact of leather dep SA for further appointments with pre-spend less than 1k (1 bracelet and 1 ring) in the course of 2years (not counting the bags of course)

Some people spend countlessly and then say it’s because of that they got offered a QB but no proof of that ;)

If you know his name, u can try ask if he is available when you come. I experienced this once and met my SA and got her contact on my 2nd meeting with her. Wish u the best.

You can ask the cashier and they can tell you the name of the sales associate that took care of you the last time.
