Hello everyone,

Lucky me is traveling to Paris again in mid Feb. If I remember correctly an FSH SA told me that it is usually 4 weeks after a fashion show when they receive the first items. Does anyone have experience with such early purchases?

On SA connections: I have shopped in Paris a view times but never established a relationship with someone in particular. My local SA offered his business card without me even having to mention anything. Is it as simple as asking for a card or do you think it doesn’t make sense as a visitor?

I always plan my visit to Paris at least one or two weeks after Paris fashion week. I managed to get qb on those times.

Sharing photos from my visit earlier in the year. Was quite surprised to see a H branded vehicle and a crowd of people gathering outside the store right after closing. I chatted with a few people in the crowd. Turns out it was the unveil of a new display window for the season. It was an interesting experience to say the least.

Hi everyone, would love to share my recent experience at Paris H.

It’s my first time shopping at Paris H, I first went to Sevres on my first day, bought around 1.4k euros, and opened an ac here in France.

On the next day, I visited FSH, and met a lovely SA. She found all the items i was looking for (some are impossible to buy from Hong Kong). She is so lovely and nice! I asked about leather appointment, then she said it’s my lucky day today! She brought out 1 bolide 25 Etoupe GHW and in the loop Beton. I only took the bolide and some other items.

She gave me her whatsapp and said I can contact her before I visit Paris again next time. I am planning to visit again in April, do you guys think it’s possible she could set up a leather appointment for me or do I still have to go through the lottery? Thanks everyone x

anyone know if VIP appt is a real thing for random YouTube bloggers or do you think it’s another way to get an appt? Was watching a channel where they said that and wished they elaborated since I have never been able to score an appt in Paris and curious how others manage to do it!

If you’re talking about Meredith, it’s because she regularly spends a quarter to half a mil per year in luxury stores, a large chunk of that at Hermes. When you’re spending that, your home store is going to bend over backwards to make special things happen for you. Her LV SA got her a private museum tour with gifts in Paris as well.

Hi all! My boyfriend will be in Europe and will be trying to get a leather appointment. I have a few things on my wishlist, but I don’t want him to ask for so many at once as I think it will seem weird to the SA. Which do you think makes the most sense for him to ask for?

- Birkin 25 (Neutral Colour)
- Kelly 25 (Neutral Colour)
- Constance 18/24 (Neutral Colour)
- Mini Evelyne (Neutral Colour or Orange)

IF (and that’s a big IF) he gets an appointment, I’d have him ask for the B25/K25 if you truly prefer those over the Constance and emphasize those are your first choices, but may appreciate the SA checking on other models if there’s nothing. I’d probably give a bit more context around neutral colors so he appears knowledgeable and not just gunning for random bags to resell. If they come back empty handed maybe try for the Constance. Evelyne I wouldn’t waste an appointment on. Try your luck online or in your local store regularly.

Note I didn’t say MKII because I just don’t think you’ll be successful.

I think it depends on the SA. Mine is very transparent and straightforward. She expressly told me to email her two weeks before my arrival and list what I'm looking for.

In Paris (and with Hermes in general), anything is possible and unpredictable

Anything is possible. You’d be crazy lucky to even get one bag; two would be nearly unheard of but I’m sure it’s been done. I’d plan and get my hopes up for zero bags and feel blessed if something more comes to fruition.

And yes---very true. Plan for the worse, but pray for the best.

I left with a bag, plus got two SOs. Felt very blessed!

I have an appointment with my SA who fortunately is a leather specialist in a couple of weeks- I am praying for a Kelly or Birkin as this is my first bag. On my last last visit he said to me the next time I visit we will get you your Kelly bag and I seen him taking notes and he asked me what I wanted. I am praying this is good sign but I dont think they can hold bags?
