short time lurker here who got lucky at the FSH store twice in some regards, and busted very deeply on the most significant opportunity

got lucky and scored the cutest chypre sandals in suede (size 36) - went on one of the most crowded days, Saturday, but the SA managed to find these for me. also got electric sandals in brown.

partner and i tried the lottery the next day (Monday) and got a notification I was selected tuesday (today) - I know I'm super lucky to have gotten a shot at the leather goods appointment technically on my first try. however, today was deeply disappointing. the SA quickly told me no B/K/C; no mini lindy; no picotins except in exotic leathers. I ended up leaving with a in-the-loop bag (mini size, size 16) in gold with g/h, which i'm now second guessing bc I really only bought it for 1) functionality and 2) didn't want to leave the appt empty handed...sighs my heart.

i may try again through my partner to get another bag but i don't know... i was more than willing to spend more money (like on fine jewelry) if it meant getting offered a K/B/C, but she shut me down so quickly when I mentioned any bag and said it was bc of mother's day (which was 06/05 in paris). very dejected

hello everyone, i have few questions. i emailed my sa for appointment in paris for several times till she replied me yesterday. she wrote that now for leather appointment i have to do same like everyone through the website lottery as they dont accept email appointment through sa due to alot of demand. is it true like or just probably she is busy or something else? and second question is how difficult to get the lottery appointment now and stocks in Paris? thank you in advance.
I guess it depends on your relationship with your SA + if you’re only looking for b/k and not buying others things regularly with her. Also people in this forum got their SA’s contact at the end of a successful appointment but were not able to get a positive response for an appointment few months later.

Exciting, congrats on your purchases.
I’m going to be in paris for one Saturday on the 24th and really wanted these Chypre so hopefully they will have in my size. Also just want a TPM in a fun summer colour so hopefully I can get one even if I don’t get an appointment. Let’s see

I’m back with a success story! In short, I had a lovely SA and was able to get a mini Constance, beton, swift with gold hardware.

After I posted in this thread, I refreshed my link a few more times and got a message saying ‘please contact hostess for further information’. This was at about 3:15pm. Husband and I made our way to FSH and stopped at a few places as well. I wanted to skip those places but perhaps that was how things were meant to go!

We arrived at approximately 4pm. I spoke to the leather appointment hostess. She was lovely! I actually met her on Saturday when I popped in to ask about cancellations. Was told unfortunately none but I can try on Monday. She remembered me and was happy that I managed to get an online appointment. The store was mayhem as usual!

I was assigned an SA at 4:19am. She greeted us with a lovely smile and I had a good vibe already! We had some small talk on the way up to find a table to sit. I gave her my preferences. First preference was a K25 sellier GHW in gold epsom or fauve barenia. Second preference was a B30 touch, GHW in gold or gris perle. Third preference was a mini Constance, GHW, light summery colour.

She offered us drinks and went way to search. She came back about 10 mins later and asked us to follow her. We went up to the watch area on the first floor. She had two boxes. A medium size and a smaller one. She said unfortunately we don’t have anymore B or K. However, I found a mini Constance in a summery colour. She opened the box and it was a mini Constance with SHW, chèvre in Jaune Bourgeon. It was beautiful! I loved that it was chevre but I preferred GHW so I asked if there were any with GHW. She checked on her iPhone and read out the colours available. They had Beton, Gold and Gris Meyer. I asked to see the Beton and it was an instant yes! The price was 7250 euro.

The second box had a mini Evelyn in Sausage. Not my cup of tea so I kindly declined. I then asked whether a Kelly pochette was a quota bag and she said no. I asked her to see if there were any available. She went off for about 5-10 mins again and came back saying unfortunately none available. She also said Constance was not a quota bag.

While we were waiting we were offered drinks a few times. Overall I had a wonderful experience at FSH.

I applied specifically for FSH only and was successful on my 4th try. I was just wearing what I’d normally wear - Thom Browne skirt, white tshirt and CDG converse sneakers. I had my mini lindy with me.

Can’t believe I was able to get a bag this trip. I have been unsuccessful the last 3 trips so did not have high hopes.

Thank you all for your tips and good luck to everyone else trying the online system.
I really enjoyed reading your story, so happy for you! do you mind me asking if you would post a pic of your beautiful bag? thank you

Amazing! I am visiting the store in 2 weeks. Did you get the B25 through an appointment? Can you share your experience? Thank you.
I had a leather appt with my SA who I met a mth ago during my first trip so I didn't apply for an online appt this time around. Feel free to read my post above (#36020) to get a sense for how my online appt went during my first trip. I was offered a mini 24 24 bag even though I had asked for a B25/K25/C18 in neutral colors. Even if you score an online leather appt, I think it's very difficult to get a B/K lately especially in the smaller sizes. If you are more open to a range of colors, hardware, leathers and sizes (which I wasn't), you might have more luck at the appt. lol. ;)

Hey everyone,

It’s just a little over a week before my trip to Paris and of course I want to stop by the FSH . One question about the lines that apparently appear regularly in front of the stores: Are they for leather appointments only or do I have to wait to enter even to shop RTW?

I haven't been recently first thing in the morning, but if there are lines for leather appointments I'm guessing they're pretty much all going to be disappointed unless they have an appointment! I went a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday afternoon, no lines to get in. I was only after a lipstick and a bit of a browse. I had a look around, then waited maybe five minutes at most for someone to help me. Other departments may be a longer wait, but I think if you don't go at opening (or on a busier day maybe) there shouldn't be a line to get in.

Hi there. I just came back from Paris yesterday. The only time I had to wait in line to enter H FSH was before the store opened. I wasn't there for a leather appt. Once the doors opened at 10:30 AM, everyone just trickled inside. You don't typically have to queue outside anymore and can just walk in. Once you enter FSH, however, you might have to queue to see certain items. There's usually a long line for lady's shoes and you need to put your name down with the SA who has an ipad. Lady's RTW was only moderately busy, but it looked like there were fewer SAs working in that area. My husband wanted to try on Men's RTW and he didn't have to wait at all. I would go earlier during the day if I could and try to avoid Saturdays if possible. Crowds are the worst on Saturdays.
