Hello everyone!
I have been following this forum and was lucky enough to share my experience in the past and I kindly wanted to ask a question, maybe someone also experienced this issue. Even though I have bern trying to register to the appointment system, I do not receive any confirmation email even though I try different browsers and email addresses. Do you have an idea how I can solve this issue?
I have experienced the same and I do not know how to fix it. Been trying to book an appointment for a friend who is in Paris for a month. I have tried for a week now but I am not getting any email nor my friend. I think something is wrong with the website.

When I went in October last year, FSH SA said they were not able to see my US profile activity but H was working towards having global access. A few days later at Sevres, the SA was able to see all my spend in Paris by store, date, items and amount but nothing from US. Seems like H Paris has updated their system.
Not yet, at least with their standard search via phones, I can confirm as of Saturday (as I saw my account pulled up on my SA’s phone) that they can only see what you’ve purchased in France/Paris. Your total spend is right at the top for them to see, as well as the list of items (some with pictures). None of my other purchases were showing. I have heard they can look you up and get more detail if they want to, but not sure if that’s at the manager level or a different system.

Supposedly even when “merged”, it’s just a small blip line item on your profile of “B/K 0/1/2” so I’m not sure how noticeable it would be over the shoulder.

My view was not over the shoulder as she left the phone with me to enter my info and click on my account directly, but I was referring to general purchase history not qb history and I didn’t try to see anything Re QB details or look thoroughly. I have heard they do have this info so it could’ve been there but I didn’t look. Also not sure if the view would be different for those who don’t have a paris purchase history.

I was in Paris two weeks ago, encountered the same issue, asked the front desk lady at FSH and she explained that it’s common now because there’s an issue with their internal system, however just rest assured that the request is submitted even if you don’t receive a confirmation email. She took my passport, checked through her phone and showed me the number of days that I’d submitted a request.

This "B/K 0/1/2" I saw on my profile in the US, and it was before I made a single purchase in the US

In Paris, my profile only showed Paris activity, at the top was total spend and scrolling down all the transactions, including QBs

I only had that issue 1/3 times over my recent trip, when I tried to register soon after registration opened. I let it be and got on with my breakfast, then tried again and it worked. I would think it perhaps gets like this when there’s too many applications happening at once, such as at opening time.

My Paris profile showed some online orders that must have been sent from France to my local country. They were listed as 7-10 days shipping on the Canadian site and showed up in my history in Paris.
In the EU, only UK and France have been able to see my online purchase history… but they didn’t see anything from my “home store” or other countries. I asked a home store SA and he mentioned they can only see three countries, but soon it should be becoming a larger area.

I am having the exact same issue - no registration confirmation email. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi everyone! I’m travelling to Paris next week and was just wondering if any of you have been there recently? How’s the stock? Is it better this time of month? and maybe any tips on getting a quota bag? Thanks!

I was at the George V store a week and a half ago. I did get offered a non-quota bag, Evelyne, which I accepted. I saw 2 others leave the store with the big white shopping bags which usually indicates a leather bag inside but I do not know what leather bag they purchased. Hopefully others will chime in. Hope this helps.

From reports by others online it seems many are getting bags at the moment, if they can secure any time with a leather SA, of course! I managed to get a gold B30 without an appt, my story is a few pages back in this thread. I’m by no means an expert, but it may help you!

I had the same issue. You need to call their customer service and ask them to "white list" you. They told me it would take 24hrs to do so but you can try before the 7:30pm cutoff time same day if you prefer. If you are getting a "blocked" message once you apply online, wait a few minutes and then re-apply.

I'm here right now and have been for a week. No luck with appointments online. It's very much a "luck of the draw" and online appointments are a true lottery system. You can ask about cancellations in person but FSH and George V were flat out "no" before I could even get the words out of my mouth. Sevre was a little more understanding but did not necessarily have any openings on the days I tried. As for the stock, I was lucky with Calvi duos which I really was looking for and a few other items like scarves, twilly's etc. I really wanted these items and it was not to get a history or pre-spend on my account. The SA was much more willing to bring out a few different options in SLG's once they saw I was really looking for myself and knew the colors, leathers etc. The more I showed genuine appreciation for an item, the happier they seemed to be. For the bags, I really think it's dependent on the SA. I believe they have stock, but it is dependent on them and the manager agreeing to offer it. While I was looking at the SLG's (near bag area), there were a few people fighting with the SA's (poor behavior in my opinion) with one guy even telling her that he was spending more money so it didn't matter if someone with an appointment got bumped. Or basically wanted a Kelly/Birkin "Whatever you have, I'll take it". I think the SA's are less inclined to offer in that case. IMO, if you find a good SA and he/she has a conversation with you and understands that you truly love the brand and are not a reseller, they may be more inclined to put in a good word! I was asked if I wanted an alternative bag at Sevre when I asked about cancellations and I politely declined. I was up front that I didn't just want to take a bag because I was offered and someone else probably really wanted it and would appreciate it more.

Focus on the items you do want which they may/do have, and keep fingers crossed for the appointment. Otherwise enjoy your trip! Weather is good and there's so much to do. Good luck!
