Hey guys! So let me share my story. I did not get any appointment from lottery but I got lucky to chance upon a very emphatic Hermes host. So we've been in paris for 4 days now and been trying everyday online but no luck. Everyday trying for walk in and for the past 2 days it's always the two guys who's been hosting the leather appt and they would always say that there's no cancellation. By the way on our first day i bought a watch and an oasis like i pre spend almost 5k euro. But i don't think it helped in any way.

On the third day of my trial for walk in i chanced upon these two lovely ladies. I asked them if there's any cancellation and all but they said that there's none. I did not give up yet waited til no one in line then i asked again then this lovely lady asked my name and checkes if i really applied online then she saw that i tried everyday then she told me to comeback around lunch time to check if there will be availability but still not guaranteed. So i did came back but then she said there's really no cancellation or free SA that time to assist even for non quota bag. She then told me to comeback tomorrow around same time after lunch and don't wven try in the morning and then we'll see.

So i tried today again, i came back as she advised. At first she told me that there is no available SA and sorry because she cannot help me then i just sat there waited. And i decided to buy a pair of twilly as I was really looking for a pink pair then she saw me and told me that there was a free SA and if it's ok that i cannot be offered a BKC i said yes that's ok as i am also looking for a mini lindy if there's no BKC and it's almost our last day in paris so i took the chance and then she squeezed me in the appontment. I was so happy and grateful!

So the lovely SA from leather dept asked what i want i told her kelly but she said that i was informed that no BKC and so I said mini lindy and then she offered me one in the soecs that i wanted then i asked if i can get another bag and she said yes she said i can get 2 bags then i told her of we can make it 3 so i requested picotin and mino evelyne as I love the mini bags then she gave me both too in the specs im looking for. It was indeed abhappy day eventhough i did not get BKC. Still grateful for people who helped me in FSH and to you guys because if not with your stories i would have not known what to do. Thank you!

I tried for apply to FSH, but keep showing « Due to a large number of requests today, we invite you to register again tomorrow and fill in a new appointment request. » then I tried another 2 shops. But no luck. Will be arrive Paris today…
Start to apply on 10:30, but 10:31 told me cannot apply FSH! 1 mins only, or do I have any wrong processed ?

If you follow the link I posted to you earlier you can read about what others have done to get around this technical glitch. Most seem to succeed by either trying again a few minutes later and/or by changing the email address they use in the submission.

Try a fresh link, meaning get a different Hermes reservation link from elsewhere on the internet. The current link using is old or cached hence it doesn’t move on to the next step. You’ll get a response to confirm reservation in your email when properly registered.

Dear @southbeach82 : I have been to Paris right after fashion week innumerable times in the past due to work schedules. Try not to worry: there are still loads of beautiful Hermès items to see (and purchase !). You never really know what you might find, and of course you could be lucky with an appointment and a bag.

As a lovely TPF'r wrote a few pages back, and I'm sorry to say I cannot locate the post now or recall the name of the poster, the best time to try for a bag in Paris is when you are there! Good luck and keep us posted! :flowers:

Why? That’s no indicator of anything just like other times are no guarantee. Heck the appointment system is the problem, they always have bags lol. Paris also has lot to offer to cure your sadness!

Thank you both! I’ll go in with no expectations and pray I’ll get an appointment.

Also, I read previously that the person that pays has to be the name on the appointment but also read somewhere that they’ve changed the rules and names on the credit card does not need to match? Since my mom will be there with me so I’m hoping it’ll increase my chances for an appointment but I would want to pay the bill.

No need to match as long as the person who got the appointment is there with their passport, also can split the total amount onto >1 card(s) if needed...that was my experience from Dec anyway :)

This is very informative I didn’t know this so thanks for sharing. Did the SA clarify if it is just quota bag history or can they see the full purchase history as a whole? (For UK customers of course)
