I’m here in Paris. Tried to register for an appointment on my phone. As soon as I hit validation I received a deny right away. This was the first time I tried so I had no idea if I did something wrong or they flagged my email for whatever reason. When I tried it on my hubby’s phone with his info they sent an email saying his request has been entered and will let him know the selection later. OMG! I hope they didn’t flag my account or anything. My first time ever.

I was right behind the couple and was too nervous to try my luck, so made a beeline to the wallets Good luck to you Nat! All the good deeds you've done on the Chanel forum should surely add up to a Hermes blessing.

Hi everyone, today I’ve been in all 3 stores, George V was super busy although I managed to find some small leather goods which were unavailable at FSH and Sevres. I would say FsH wasn’t as busy as I would think but some of the SA’s were not bothered and rude. Also have seen some people asking for the appointments at all the stores and were told just cold NO. I’ve spoke with quite nice SA at Sevres and he told me to try with my home store and funny thing is that my SA from home store said that I should try my luck in Paris I didn’t even try at FSH to ask for an appointment, was too scared and intimidated by employees.

thanks for the info... and i think I will be the same .. too scared and intimidated after reading the forum since April ... i'll be in Paris in a week or so, want to have hope but then I know the reality is slim esp I only have one work day in Paris --> chance = no way... and i know i am not a lucky person.. o well, let's see if I would get anything... my wish list is a mini lindy or kelly 25 (neutral color) ... been saving up but..

Okay, so I went today to FSH and it was a zoo. Super busy, SA were not very polite and seriously stressed. I’ve seen a lady who was offered birkin 30 black in epsom at the men’s clothes department in front of everyone.. she wasn’t really convinced to the bag and I could tell that she didn’t like the whole experience and people watching her. I bought only a scarf and went to the hotel..

The one thing I would say about Paris shopping is to avoid Saturdays if you possibly can (I know it may be one's only day in Paris, or the day one gets a lottery appointment, but if you can go on a weekday it is better). I usually find myself texting silly memes to my SAs on weekends to de-stress them.

I’ve noticed that’s better to come in weekdays, I was on the trip from London and had not much choice on the days as I’m flying back home tomorrow next time will try to avoid weekends

Thanks @880! I think their system didn’t like my email address for some reasons. I tried again and it failed again and again. When I tried a different email address it took it… however, no luck with the lottery yet lol.

Ahhhhh I somehow managed to score an appointment! Received the text today and I’m so excited. Does anyone know what the handbag limits are? Can I get one quota and one non quota bag?

(Yes, I am also managing expectations too! This would be my first Hermes bag, but I’ve been told by all stores that inventory is not good)
