19 is completely fine…15 I doubt, because this is not a purchase that a 15 year old normally do. Maybe they are fine with your approval but they probably need something written to be legally save. A company is not allowed to do business with underage people (apart from things that are typical for their age…like purchasing sweets or a burger or maybe a Tshirt…if you know what I mean)? Kind regards

*update: upon further searching in this forum, I found a post back from
2019 discussing this exact topic and although my teen may be able to get an appointment and even possibly purchase items, she wouldn’t be eligible to receive the VAT refund as you have to be at least 16 years old.

Teenagers can buy at FSH...happens every day. As you note, detaxe is not available to anyone under 16.

Was at FSH today and they changed the displays. Lots of pink bags and mauve pale. Mauve pale is gorgeous not fully available yet in store

Had my appointment at 4:30 pm today and overhead an SA telling her clients that all Kelly were sold out (she then repeated that there were zero kelly)
She offered them a B30 in beton (they accepted but were originally looking for 25)
They then asked the SA if she could arrange another appointment for them she said no and that it’s forbidden. As they insisted she told them that she couldn’t make any exception : PLEASE never ask for this if it’s your first time with this SA or if you got the appointment via the lottery system

I felt bad for them because my SA offered me a few kelly options and I left with a beautiful k25 in vert menthe. (Regular SA + FSH my home store I do not use the online appointment system anymore)

Keep in mind they do have bags. But might not have them for you…

Omg - the craziest thing happened today at FSH. I showed up to my leather appointment and got assigned to a lovely SA. I told her about my wishes (Kelly 25 in neutral colors) and she went to go check. It seemed like she really really wanted to give me a bag, but she came back empty handed and said she had nothing that fit my wishes. She then offered me to do a Special Order. I got to choose the leather, colors, hardware … and will receive my bag in 9-12 months. Have you ever experienced something like that at FSH? My purchase history over there is only a perfume … can’t believe it. Let me know what you think!

Thank you for sharing and congrats on your Kelly that they didn't have in the store:P! I have been reading this thread for the past few days preparing for my upcoming trip. The thirstiness that some of these clients exude is weird and exhausting. I am sure SAs have heard and seen it all from people trying to game the system.

Mauve pale is beautiful!

I went to FSH today and it was crazy, nothing in stock. I asked for calvi or calvi duo but they only had one calvi in orange, i wanted something else. I also wanted saint german boots they didnt have any size. The SA said that because the artisan are busy with making bags there is no luck in slgs not sure if this is true. Something else i have noticed they had wallets and calvi behind the glass for display only which is so Weird.
