Hello everyone
Sorry if this has been asked before
But if I multiple phone numbers can I register for appointment with all of them? Or with one passport it’s possible to register for a single appointment?

Few things I saw during my trips to the boutiques:

1. Many people tried asking for appointments giving various reasons, but the most common was that they were not after B/K; all were turned away. I only saw 1 meltdown

2. FSH was a lot quieter than I’d expected, even on a Saturday! In contrast the other 2 stores were very busy.

3. Some tourists saw the queue outside one of the stores and started laughing loudly, then said to one another that they had to join the queue just to ‘film the experience’. :whut:

Hi, According to an SA I asked last year when I moved here, she said all appointments are based on passport number, so, 1 passport, 1 appointment.
Hope you get your appointment.

Hi there! @_gelato_ congratulations on the new beauty! Could you please share what you wore to the appointment?
Thank you! I wore a floral summer dress, simple sandals, no jewellery and my Kelly To Go, but I don’t think it matters what you wear to the appointment or if you need to don some H stuff; the SA did not even notice my KTG until after she’d offered me the K28 and we were chatting about other things. I’d say wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, maybe in colours that you can use as a reference when you give your preferences to the SA

Hello Everyone,

Sorry for being a noob here as it will be my first time visiting H store in Paris.

Would like to check if it is necessary to have a France phone number for the online appointment? Or I can submit using my local phone number?

In case I walk in to ask for an appointment and the SA asked for my number. Can I provide my local number also?

Was thinking if I should get a separate sim card for France use or to use my local number autoroam.

Thanks in advance.

You don’t need a French sim to apply  As for walk-in appts I think as long as the number you provide allows you to receive SMS in France it should be good to go.

@unsacspec i second what @_gelato_ said! Wear that you usually wear with the colors your wear the most. This gives the SA an idea of the colors he/she can offer you in case they don’t have your first option… It happened to me, I wore what I usually wear: jeans and polo shirt and had a sweater tied on my shoulders and sneakers, inadvertently I had blue tones on my clothing and shoes…. I asked for neutrals on GHW (black, greys and gold) she didn’t have the colors I asked but she brought out “royal Blue because I saw it from your clothing, maybe blue is your favorite color?” Which yes, blue is my fav color
So, yes, wear YOUR colors, SA Can gauge your preference, it will help SA to find alternatives for you!
Good luck!

Thrilled to share my experience from a few weeks ago, after reading this thread for weeks figuring out how to navigate the Paris appointment system!

I applied for my first appointment the day before arriving in Paris and was rejected (no surprise). On the day of arrival (a Thursday), went over the FSH in the late afternoon and purchased a few scarves and two pairs of shoes that were not available in my home store. The appointment desk at FSH was crazy (6-8 person line) so did not even try to ask about cancellations.

The next day, headed over to Sevres because I wanted to check out the Petit H items (so gorgeous!). The store was not very busy for a Friday afternoon. I browsed a bit but there were not many items on display that I hadn't seen at home. The leather desk was pretty quiet though. I waited until there were no other customers at the desk and approached, and very quietly asked about possible cancellations. To my shock and surprise, the woman did not immediately say no! She asked what I was looking for, and I said "I am hoping for a Birkin or a Kelly, I only have one Birkin and I am flexible on size but picky on colors." She looked at some printed papers she had and said she would see what she could do, and asked me (and my husband who was with me) to sit at one of the tables in the leather corner of the store.

We waited for a few minutes, then she came over and asked for my info, which she typed into her iPad (presumable to see my purchase history?? My only purchase history in Paris was the items I had purchased the day prior, and maybe an enamel bracelet or two from years ago). After a few more minutes, a very nice young male SA came over, offered us a beverage, and asked what I was interested in! I told him I wanted a B or K, ideally 30 or smaller but not super picky, and that I really wanted a bright color -- ideally a blue/green but open to all bright colors. I could not believe my luck at scoring a walk-in leather appointment, but did not hold my breath since he said stock was very low!

We waited like what seemed like FOREVER but then he came back and asked us to follow him! We went into a dressing room and there was a huge box there. He repeated that they had very limited stock but he hoped I would like what he had... he said they had no small bags, and I said "that's ok, I love by B30!" and he sort of grimaced and said "it's a 35"... but then took out the most gorgeous SO B35 multico in rose texas / bleu zanzibar with BGHW! I immediately fell in love and said YES!!

I do not think it matters so much what you wear, but for those curious, I just had on black jeans / gray sweater / black Chanel flats and was carrying my black CTG.

So grateful for my amazing Paris experience and my second-ever quota bag, and wishing everyone else lots of luck!!!
