Did you ask for other styles as well (like K25/28 or Birkin) or only the mini Kelly?

There was an Evelyne PM in black last week. No prespend but it's pretty light on stock there these days (pre-pandemic I remember choosing from 5 or 6 Evelynes) :)

Hi everyone,

My DH was really lucky to be able to score an appointment at FSH last week in the morning. I was so nervous when we turned up at the store as you wouldn’t know which SA you got assigned to. We really thanked God for blessing us with the greatest honeymoon trip with so many great experiences as this was also my first time in Paris.

We were also really really lucky and blessed as we were assigned with the sweetest SA where she made my dream came true when I was offered my first ever bag from Hermes. Moreover, it was actually in my first colour preference and dream specs though I mainly mentioned neutral colour but inside my heart I was hoping and dreaming for Black/ Noir as my first bag.

Here it goes:

My dream Birkin 25 Sellier in Noir with Gold hardware and in Veau Madame leather :love::love::lol::lol::panic: This bag will forever hold a special place in my heart as it commemorates my honeymoon with my DH.

Thank you everyone for letting me share and I really really hope that the rest of you will also have your dreams come true in Paris! :lol:

ended up going to both SEVRES and George V yesterday. SEVRES was much more pleasant than FSH, but I waited 20 mins to be helped by a jewelry SA and then got nervous to was going to miss lunch so went to browse other departments. Honestly? Other than some bags on display (Birkin Cargo), some newer home like the Soleil tableware, and a big fine jewelry department, I didn’t feel like the selection was that m better than home (tho I live in NYC where we are lucky to have 3 stores)

George V queue helped but they still had more people than SAs inside. A nice man told me the last ring in my size was actually at SEVRES lol but my BF won’t endure a trip back before we leave.

all in all this trip made me realize what many of the wise ladies and gents in here advise, which is that it makes more sense for me to continue shopping in my home store, where I have a relationship with my SA and can make an appointment and browse peacefully. Of course to each their own and I’m not after a B/K which I understand is different!

Hoping to get a special bag in Paris. Of course need appointment first but does anyone know if exotics are possible…the bags that I want are probably too unrealistic… exotics, doblis, heritage leather…trying to figure how to create a wishlist just in case. I don’t want a mini anything so maybe that will help. I also would like a non quota bag Plume - do you request both or the quota bag first?Any advice would be appreciated. I have read this forum and this thread in particular but wanted more input about exotics and other less common leathers. Thanks

I can’t advise about the exotics and less common leathers but re. asking about QBs and non-QBs: you can ask for both at once and the SA can then check for both when they go to the stockroom. I don’t think it affects your chance at a QB if that’s what you’re worried about :smile:

Based on my read of the thread participants, and since you want both, it seems ask for QB first and then ask for non QB, but I also believe in just doing whatever seems natural at the time. good luck!

p.s. i was somewhat all over the place in terms of request, and I ended up with a K25. When she came back and asked if I wanted anything else, I asked for a neutral Della Cavalleria but she only had light green, so I passed. I think it’s a matter of what seems right at the time.

I’m not sure there are many Plumes available right now. I haven’t seen any offers or only one recent 40 purchase on the pricing guide for 2022. Good luck!
