Completely lucked out! Was in Paris for a short trip and got an appointment on 2nd try. My appointment kept moving so I browsed and bought a scarf from a lovely sales associate - she warmed up as we chatted more about Hermes and the halzan bag I was wearing. Turned out she was also a leather goods specialist and she got exactly what I wanted! Kelly 32 in Espom!

congrats! Such a beauty
Did you buy the scarf before asking for the bag? Please share your journey.
TIA!

Hi I am just curious, you said you have a purchase history for 8 years in Paris- that is long. You did not establish a relationship with your SA in Paris? Could they see that you are loyal client?
SAs come and go over the years, and from one visit to another, you can see many different ones, especially at FSH. I have one SA for shoes, one for clothes but a new one almost every time I visit for bags. As for loyalty, they couldn't care less when it comes to scoring a bag, because their database of "loyal" customers is long! I have one SA for everything at Sevres which is convenient and sometimes allows me to ask for bags without an appointment, but it's usually when I'm not after B or K.

Hello all, I have a question about the appointment lottery system.

I understand that to enter the lottery, they need our passport number. I have 2 passports and I believe I can use both to enter (so I have 2 chances). My question is, do we need to present the physical passport chosen in the lottery to the appointment?

For example, if let's say I got an appointment with passport B, can I just present my passport A (same name and everything, just different country issuing it)? I can provide the digital copy of passport B if needed.

Thank you for your insight!

My understanding is that you’ll need to present the passport you got an appointment with. I don’t believe a digital copy will fly, but I may be wrong.
