Dear all,

I have always been a silent follower or this thread but now I feel like it is time to share my experience since the messages herein helped me a lot on my FSH journey.

Even though I have visited Paris 4 times last year, I never took the plunge to try the appointment system as I consider myself to be very unlucky. Finally, I decided to try last June and got an appointment after 5 tries! I was very excited, had my color/size specifications ready and was assisted by a young SA. Something I have never read here was she asked me if I had a relationship with the H in my country, if yes what is the name of the SA there etc etc. After all those queries she was gone for 20-30 minutes and came empty-handed due to the holiday season. I was very strict with my preferences which I kind of regret, I wish I was broader because she seemed like she actually wanted to help me. She even did a second round and brought me a Kelly Pochette in Black Swift PHW but I refuses because I only wanted GHW. (Looking back, I regretted this decision of mine until today....) I was very discouraged and did some Chanel shopping instead:smile:

I decided to try again and this time I waited for all holiday seasons and big events like fashion week to pass. Luckily I got an appointment on my 3rd time. This time a male SA kindly helped me and was very to the point. After I told all my requests (which he joked that was everyone’s request is almost the same: grays, gold, noir...) he went and came back 5(!) minutes later! I have to admit, the minute I saw him, I thought to myself “no not again...” but as he came closer he thanked for my patience and asked me to follow him! He told me he had something he thinks I will love and a Noir Birkin 30 Chevre GHW made an appearance!! I was shocked to see Chevre because I know how special it is! My heart was beating so fast that I think I thanked him 20 times  He also offered me a rodeo but as I am not that interested in charms I took a bandana twilly instead and paid for my items. All in all, the process took only 20 minutes (and I was ready for a long run:smile: )

I will take a photo and post it here soon when I am home. But I wanted to share my experience here beforehand. Miracles do happen ladies! And bad experiences may be something we thank in the long run. I would have never tried again and get this dream bag if I settled with the Kelly Pochette back in June. Thank you for sharing and I wish everyone the best of luck with their H fairies ‍♂️
Thrilled for you- what a gorgeous bag !! I can't wait to see it

Hi everyone,

Happy to share that I was able to score a k28 sellier, GHW in the Color sesame, epsom leather from the Sevres stall on our second day in Paris. We met with the loveliest loveliest SA there and it was such a great experience shopping and talking to him. He was so nice and friendly! Extremely happy with my shopping experience in Paris with all the different brands this time round.

I tried to apply the for the appointment for a few times, I think 3 times and was declined. My husband tried 4 times. Was not successful too. I still have a few more days in Paris as I expected to take a lot longer to score a bag so I will try again as I have another item on my wish list. Hoping I will be successful later. All the best everyone!

Wow big congrats!! Would you mind sharing a picture when you have time? I’m quite curious about the sesame color, thank you and enjoy her in good health!

I would love to see a picture of this new color! Congrats!

Hi ladies! I will update with a pic when I do my unboxing later. I went down to FSH today and was able to get an appt with an SA. Both my husband and myself tried to apply online but failed. I managed to get a black picotin in GHW. I have another appt with her tmr. Hopefully I can score what I want! Good luck everyone! Will share if my appt is successful tmr and follow up with pics :)

Back from my first ever trip to FSH. As mentioned before I didn't go for bags but just to check out the store and see if they had some F/W'19 scarves that are sold out in my home store. I was thinking they would have tons of old stock as it's the flagship store, but unfortunately they didn't have any of the scarves/shawls that I wanted :(

I found FSH a bit disconcerting to be honest. It's huge and spread out over many floors. Add in the enormous crowds and it's disorienting. In my home store (and actually all other stores I've been to), the SA accompanies you from section to section so you can have a nice dialogue and they can show you where to find what you're looking for. In FSH the SAs are assigned to product lines so if you're interested in multiple products you're hunting for them on your own in the store. (At least that was my experience yesterday). The scarf SAs were super busy and hassled and couldn't even take the time to look up if the scarves I wanted were available in the other Paris stores. I only tried a couple of current season offerings which cemented my belief that I don't like any of the scarves from this season!

On the other hand the selection for leather goods and for RTW is absolutely amazing. The window displays are likewise astounding, with multiple enormous crocodile HACs. They also had the new Passifolia tableware collection. My only purchase of the day ended up being some plates from that. The homeware SA was super nice. She even looked up if the other stores had the scarves I wanted and said that George V had one left. So the next day I dragged myself to George V which was similarly crowded. (Also my first time at that store) The stock there is much smaller. The SA spent a good 20 minutes hunting down the one unit that was supposedly in that store but couldn't find the CW I wanted. In the end she said it must have been a data entry error or something. So I left without buying anything :(

Overall happy with my plates but disappointed with the rest of the Paris experience. The crowds made both stores seem hectic. I'm grateful that my home store doesn't have throngs of people and that I can have a relaxing time there chatting with the SAs about all the beautiful products, rather than feeling pressured by the 20 people jostling you hoping to get an SA's attention.

Do the Paris stores have a large selection of Hermes Evelyne's in stock? On a trip to Paris I want to pick one up (if I am lucky enough to get an appointment.) Which store should I try?
What size are you looking at? FSH has the largest inventory but you need an appointment online. Otherwise you can try either Serves or George V. The mini evelyne is harder to come by I think. Good luck :flowers:
