Hi purse lovers!

My friends and I are traveling to Paris soon and will try our luck at FSH. Apologies in advance, I know I saw info earlier re: this but there are so many pages that I lost the posts—how does it work if, say, only one of us gets an appointment? Can we all show up to that appointment? Do they only allow the appt holder to purchase leather/can she buy it for one of us?


Also, I’d like to look at vintage Kellys as I’m partial to black box/GHW. Can anyone recommend good vintage shops where I can find a Kelly? Will pricing be fair/extravagant? Should I enlist bababebi’s assistance w/ authentication or is that less concerning w/ vintage Hermes?

Cardholder who is paying must match the details of the passport that was used to register the successful appointment and thus the purchase will go on that profile.

For vintage Kelly you can try Collector Square, main store is in St Germain near Le Bon Marche, they currently have a pop up store near FSH. Google for details of current stock the hold. Although a trusted consignment store it it always prudent to have any preloved purchase authenticated where one does know the provenance.

You can all go but they will only sell, at most (barring VVVIP exceptions), one coveted bag per appointment and it must be paid for by the person who received the appointment.

Have fun!! You can also try visiting Valois Vintage which is a vintage shop not too far from FSH. You can google map the address. They have a good selection of vintage Hermes items. They have a Instagram account @valoisvintageparis. I’ve purchased from them (non Hermès) and was very satisfied. Good luck!
