Hmmm sad to hear that.. me and my 2 friends didn’t get an appointment..

Try George V , my cousin few months ago couldn’t get an appointment and on her last day she went to George V without standing in a que she just went in and started looking around and she met a sweet a SA, he offered a B30 in blue de Nord.. go try your luck.. don’t ask for the bag straight away, I did that in Madrid and Munich and it worked in my first visit on both boutiques..

Thanks. Called them before the appointment and enquired them about the reschedule, the answer is ‘no’ and the official answer is cancellation imposes no impact on my further online appointment. I made another 4 attempts after that and all of them are failed. The lesson I learnt is do not try unless you can really make it when you get the appointment.

Im not an expert but I think the best way is to call them .. and let them know the situation.

Hi ladies seems getting one appointment for FSH leather department is more challenging lately. My husband and I have over 4 years purchasing history at the store not limited to leather goods. Both of us scored 4 appointments in last 2 years in less than 3 attempts. We were very confident that we could make it again before we arrived Paris but it turned that DH was unable to get one appointment after 4 attempts. For me, I got one at the first try but I was unable to make it that day so I called and cancelled before the appointment, then failed consecutively for another 4 attempts. We tried to walk in twice in the afternoon but were rejected with the reason fully booked.

I also tried to queue at Serves twice but the experience is terrible. When I requested for a C the SA directed told me no B, K and C and suggested me to buy a Constance wallet instead. I further asked about other bags such as Roulis mini she said no without even bother checking and told me she only had Victoria and GP36, which are totally different from what I enquired, very interesting.

Hi, I would like to share my experience at FSH.
I have been to FSH 2 years ago, but at that time it's not online appoint system, so I could get appointment as I just lined up.
As there were only 3 days at Paris for me, I had felt nervous that I could not get an appointment.
I tried for appointment, and got rejection for 2 days.. but finally I got appointment at 3rd try!
My appointment time was evening but I had to get the train at 1pm, so I went to FSH at morning and explained about my train time to the hostess. Hostess lady quickly arranged the SA for me and asked me to go upstairs.
I went to the counter at 1st floor and counter lady introduced the SA to me.
My SA was very friendly, and casually asked me my wish list. so I told that I want to get kelly 25 or 28 of neutral color like beige or gray except gold as I got B30 Gold ghw epsom at last time, additionally I want to get Rodeo also.
My SA went to check for while, I know it took long, so I looked shoes selection. After about 20 mins, my SA took me to a private room, and showed me Kelly 28 Etoupe retourne PHW!! It's so amazing for me.
She also told me there were no rodeos and offer me paddock charm I declined. After that, we went to downstairs and chose some twillies and Carres. Choosing them, I saw my SA of last time who offered me B30, and showed her the photos of me and B30. It was so sweet time.

I passed by the belts section reserved some items as I mentioned that am waiting for an appointment and prefer to buy everything in one invoice and I also told the SA that even if I didn’t get the appointment I will but the items on my last day..
I also passed by the home section, met a lovely SA we really clicked together, I reserved some coffe cups and told her my plan, she replied if i didn’t get an appointment till my last day, she will find a away to secure me one..

But the surprise that I bumped in Michael Coste, I screamed “Hi!!! I follow you” he replied “how lovely”
The funny thing that few days ago I was on his Instagram page and wondering what if I see him in the store!!!

Congrats to anyone who managed to score an appointment and more importantly a bag!! Went in again today to have a look at some more things to take home as it was my last day in Paris and ofcourse, try my luck and see if there were any cancellations.
But on the plus I discovered new places and bought so much stuff. The thing I’ve learned about this is take it with a pinch of salt, don’t spend your holiday in Paris chasing bags by going between 3 stores. 1) it’s too time consuming & 2) it seems like they are clamping down and it’s very structured. after all you are in Paris x

I'm not sure I will even try for an appointment this trip. My husband and I were not successful in securing an apppointment, 5 times each, in the beginning of June although we have history in France, but not at FSH.

To be honest I wasn’t pushing to get an appointment on spot plus I want to still apply till the end of my trip, I want the full experience.. (I believe that I will get the appointment on the day whatever on my wishlist will be available in stock)

And the home section SA told me it’s good that you didn’t get the appointment today because Saturday stock is not that great..

No I didn’t, what I really did is calling the store perior my trip looking for some items from my whishlist and reserve it, and keep in touch with the SA who answered me..
Then went to the boutiqe of course set the time with the SA, and start chatting, look around and pick up some of my other wishlist item.... then ask for a bag..
In Munich case got to choose between k25 and k28
In Madrid asked for a B25, the SA asked to come back on my last day as the didn’t have anything on stock.. came back and got my first B25 there and it’s was my preferred color..

In my opinion when you chat with SA and show your love and knowledge, it really helps..

Even today when I was chatting with SA in the FSH she told me “you are an Hermes girl”

It is really frustrating to not get an appointment as a previous shopper in FSH. That happened to me last time also. Sadly when a person asks about cancellations they tell you no straightaway without any idea if you've shopped in FSH before or not. The only hope is for people who already have an SA at FSH.
