Thanks everyone. I wanted to share that I’ve been going to Paris for many years and I’ve never worked with the same sales associate each time I go just because I’ve never reached out to any of them in advance. My trips are impromptu. However this is the first occurrence where my wishlist was checked off. I didn’t expect anything just because there were 20 ppl ahead of me. Hope that helps! However Sèvres seems to be a better bet IMHO.

Serves isn’t that bad because it’s not too bustling as compared to fsh and I like it cause the interiors are quite stunning. Significant others can have tea or coffee while waiting. It’s quite a pleasant experience.

I missed out on rose Sakura so this time I said give me that mauve Sylvestre!!! Thank you everyone for the kind words. It’s always fulfilling when things come unexpectedly!

unfortunately if he did not write down their email address or if the business card itself does not already have their direct work email it would not be possible to reach out prior to your next visit. It happened to me in the past where I had a successful appt with an SA and upon asking for a card I only received one with the generic store email with a hand written name. I did request for her on my subsequent trip however she was not working leather appts that day so I could not be assigned to her.

Hello guys,
We are planning going to Hermés Faubourg store in summer and try and get our first Birkin bag without any purchase history.
Do you think we have a chance, and how can we maximize our chances as we are almost only going for the birkin, and some twillys/rodeo charms?
We want to try to get two if possible, but lets start with the first one...
Any tips?

My tip is to try not at get two at once. It really looks bad. Next tip is summer is not a good time either. Good luck.

Take the time to read through this thread - there is a HUGE amount of both obvious and nuanced tips that will help you tremendously- do the research you need to do. And regardless, enjoy Paris !

Agree with above. Last summer I had no luck with even spending equivalent of / more than what a birkin worth’s.
I might be too suspicious but to my understanding most folks who scored a birkin without a purchase history in FSH might as well have either carried their birkin/ Kelly which they owned and wearing their Hermes outfits to FSH. Even that it doesn’t promise you a birkin. From the thread I found the folks who own minimum of H and got a Birkin/ Kelly were the very rare and lucky girls.

But, miracles happens, good luck and enjoy!
