Also apologies for being deliberately vague. I do think Hermes people read these forums and I do think they can readily identify customers. I'd rather keep my identity confidential (and also respect the identities of the SAs who helped me).

If there are other details that would be helpful, I'm happy to post them :-)

It's a fair point, but if you have concerns like that you should avoid posting anything on a public social media forum.

Got rejected for an appointment for 4 out of my 5 days stay in Paris. :doh: Went to Sevres at one point and got my hopes up when they took down my name as a walk in and served me coffee while they found me an SA. Sadly my assigned SA came just to tell me there were no B/K/Cs available. I was kind of “done” with H by that point so I gave up trying. Went to Dior instead and honestly was just so pleased they wanted my business that I impulsively bought a Lady Dior from a super eager SA (though I do love it).

sorry to hear that but i understand it can get pretty disheartening by the end. i love the lady dior, at least you still have a pretty souvenir from your trip!
