My Parents are currently in paris, after 2 failed attempted for an appointment they both had one earlier in the morning today. My mum was first, she asked for a b/k/c in smaller sizes in exotic leather, but the SA told her that its impossible, and was offered a B25 in a new shade of brown and picotin 18 ostrich, she took them both. In my dad appointment he was offered kelly 25, kelly pochette and birkin 30 all in ostrich !! His appointment was 2 hours later, they even told him they have 3 different colors in b30 ostrich, he ended up buying b30 ostrich in a purple shade not sure of the name, he was also offered mini Evelyne in 5 different colors. I think he was shown many options because he has a good sale history. Cant wait for them to be back as the ostrich picotin is my bday gift.

For those of you who have purchase history, have you been able to get a direct appointment with you SA? I do have history and tried the main Hermès FSH email as they tell you to but I got a canned reply that’s not even from my SA telling me to use the online system. i don’t have her direct email.

I’ve noticed many with purchase history saying they had also a tough time getting an appointment so I’m wondering if they just stop giving direct appointments now.

That's a good question. I suspect that if one has a long standing relationship with an SA (spanning a number of years) it is possible to get a direct appointment. That's probably a select few though. I have an SA direct email and they dont respond so i have to try appt system or hope they are working. On my last visit I tried twice for an appt using the system and did not get one. I didn't try to track my SA down as I had limited time.

Can someone tell me what’s the latest Appointment time fsh gave out? I know the store closed at 6:30. I am asking because I might not be able to make it to the store until 5:30 on the day I arrived Paris, I don’t want to miss every chance I could possibly get. And for anyone who got the appointment , can you request to push your assigned time later of the day?

Thanks for your feedback, it’s also what I suspected. I have a bit of purchase history with my SA but not a lot compared to others so it may be hard. I found her direct email now and will give that a try but am not that hopeful.

I’m in the same boat in that I have only 3 days to try and get an appointment so I think this trip may not be a successful one at Hermès. We will see!

My first visit to FSH was June 2017. I just stopped in as I did not know about the online appt system at the time. But I was able to get an appt that day because someone cancelled. During the appt., I was offered and purchased my HG bag, a B35. SA was a young, nice woman. Two months before my June 2018 trip to Paris, I called FSH from the US and asked for my SA. She was on vacation at the time so I was given her Hermes email address and instructed to email her. Longer story short, I was able to make an appt with the SA directly without much purchase history.

My first FSH visit was in May 2018. I recently emailed my SA from our previous trip to secure an appointment for my parents' upcoming trip. My SA was on vacation so it took her a while to respond but she was able to (1) locate the items from my wishlist (I did not ask for b/k/c this time) and (2) schedule an appointment for my parents' upcoming trip. I've only been to FSH once and don't have a big purchase history with them but then our FSH trip was magical and we got engaged on the Hermes rooftop garden with Michael Coste and our SA there so maybe that helped.. I'm not really sure.

I’ve been in Paris since Thursday and tried to get an appt every day. I normally shop at FSH and was unable to get an appt. I tried for a cancellation twice and was told nothing was available. I’m so disappointed that this is my first trip to Paris in 2 years (4th time) where I was unable to even get an appointment!! I thought I was on a roll- I guess don’t get too cocky!!

I’ve tried a total of 8 times for an appt and was granted one after my 4th try. BKC were sold out (although o saw other women trying on BK). My DH (actually I requested the appt with his passport) tried 4 times and got one. I requested a walk in appt a time the Sèvres boutique 5 times and no BKC.

You can only apply for one appointment at a time, per person, the day before. You could be lucky and get one on the first try or it can take multiple tries...there’s really no way to know.

Ive heard of people getting on the 1st try. So if you apply if you arent in the country you probably wont get an appointment for the rest of the trip. Thats what the store told me. Good luck

Hi ladies! Finally I have something to write here. I’ve just got home after staying 4 days in Paris for our anniversary. I tried for the appointment before I left on Wednesday both for me and my husband and got rejected. The same happened on our second attempt and the third as well 6 appointments in total and only rejections. No purchase history in France. But I still have a lucky story to tell
We arrived on Thursday and we went to the store directly after checking-in asking for any cancellations. It was around 11. There were none. Thank You ladies who advised here to stay at Sofitel which is a minute walk from FSH! We were travelling with our 2 year old and it was a very short walk to Hermes for us
We decided to go to Hermes George V because I wanted to try my luck there and I was really lucky there.
Even though I got the bag of my dreams I still tried for the appointments at FSH and living next door made it easy to pass by them twice a day. On the second day which was Friday I was at FSH in the morning again asking for cancellations. None. I am a very persistent person and I came back to FSH later the same day and I got as assistant actually. She put down my preferences and came back with a Mosaique bag which I didn’t like. She told me to come back on Saturday but there was no BKC for me then either.
Sorry for a long post but what I want to say is that you should be persistent wanting a BKC in my opinion.
Here is my reveal, the bag I wanted, Birkin 30, Togo, Rouge H which I got at Hermes George V with no previous history in Paris and without mentioning the color or leather only BKC and that I want a small bag, not 35.
