All of this talk of items going missing via courier service has been conjecture thus far.

I’ve followed this thread for three yrs and don’t recall any first person account of an Hermes delivery going missing at the hotel concierge.

However, I do recall at least a handful of women describing muggings - women who were likely targeted because they were wearing H items or carrying H shopping bags.

And the white bags don’t give you as much security as you think. Thieves have likely caught on to this “trick” and could easily eye a customer leaving the store and follow them.

But to each her own!

An update to my recent visit to the store, I was finally given an appointment at 1030am after 2 failed online attempt. I was given my first choice of Kelly 28 sellier, super [emoji2] IMG_0966.jpg

However in the later morning after I dropped my bag at the hotel, on my way to George V at the tube station at Concorde I was pickpocket and all my $$ was gone. So please be very careful when taking the tube and do not look at your phone and hold tight to your bag.

A very eventful and emotional day for me!

Congratulations on the beautiful bag! Sorry you were pickpocketed! (at least they didn’t get the Kelly!) I had a new iPhone stolen there...what an ordeal!!

If it’s any consolation, the year I didn’t score any bag at FSH, my hubby was pickpocketed the following day

I was in your shoes in June - turned down a B35 in Rouge Casaque as it felt too big for my needs. Broke my heart, but it was the right thing to do. It gets better - I did have some second thoughts of regret, but overall, it was the right decision for me. I would have used it out of guilt, but would have never been honestly happy.
