I read somewhere that the FSH store is closed on the 6th. But, does anyone know if the other two are open? DH is arriving the 6th :-/

I’m currently in Paris too! I applied for an appointment quite late before boarding my flight to Paris on Monday for both DH and myself, found out when we arrived early this morning that neither of us got an appointment for today. I tried again at around 10:33am today and DH got an appointment confirmation for tomorrow morning while I did not (even though I applied for myself first).

Neither of us have any shopping history at FSH so I truly think the system is completely random. I’m so excited and nervous at the same time. Hopefully my baby will cooperate while we are there tomorrow [emoji28]

I was successfully scored a birkin 30 back in August 2017, a few days before the online appointment rolled out, I was alone, female with a little bit of buying history at FSH back in 2015 ( I also was offered a Kelly 32 in 2015 and I took it)

Question,
If I purchased a B25 from FSH store in August and plan on returning in October and would like to make an appt, will they allow me to or because of the 6mo policy they will reject me? (I will be going with other people and will do the appt on their name as well but just wondering) thanks!

You can make appointment
But they will not sell any b or k to you
6months apart from your last purchase

Hi ladies. I’d like to share my first (unsuccessful) experience at FSH today.

My DH had his appointment this morning at 10:30am. We arrived at Hermes around 10:20am and there were already 2 queues, one in front of each entrance. Once we got in and reported to the hostess, an SA came to greet us shortly after. Our SA was polite but straight to the point, she immediately asked what I was after, I told her B25 or K25 in neutrals, Togo or Clemence, any hw and I am open to bright colours also as this would be my very first B/K (I only have Lindy, Picotin and Bolide in my H collection atm). She also asked me whether DH or myself have prior shopping history at FSH (that is No) and which other bag I’d like if no B or K available and I told her C18. She then went away for about 10-15 minutes after which she came back with a red ostrich C24 that has been on display upstairs. She told me that was the only thing she could find as there is no B/K available at all since the artisans just returned to work after a month off and stock is very low. The ostrich C24 is beautiful but was not what I am after so I thanked her for the offer and declined.

One thing I found strange though was that she repeated a couple times saying maybe I could check if “my friends” would like the bag and that I could take a photo if I wish to show them. I’m not sure why she would say something like that since I was only looking for a bag for myself, unless she somehow thought I was a reseller? If that was the case then I’m confused as to what made her jump to that conclusion. I was with my DH while carrying our sleeping young baby in carrier, not the typical reseller “entourage” I assume..

After I declined the ostrich C18, my SA disappeared very quickly so I was left wondering through the store on my own. I had intended to get a pair of Oran sandals for my trip to Santorini but my local store did not have the colour I want so I thought it’d be good to buy them at FSH to build my shopping history there, unfortunately FSH also did not have my size. By the time I got to the scarf section, my very jet-lagged and cranky baby woke up screaming so we decided to leave the store.

Anyway I will try again when I return to Paris in late September at the end of our Europe trip before heading home. I know the chance of scoring a coveted B/K then would be just as low as it’s PFW but never hurts to try :)

On another note, I’d love to know if anyone here has been offered a B or K in the past few days please.

After seeing your picture, I’m wondering if I’ve made the right decision to reject the etain B25 and opted for the noir B30!

Just wanted to share my FSH experience after learning so much from this thread. Actually it’s my husband’s experience since he is traveling in Paris with our 4 yo son (I am at home very pregnant :). Husband tried to make two appt requests (with his and our son’s passports) on Monday but both were denied. On Tuesday, made 2 requests again, and got an appt for 4pm Wednesday under our son’s name. I had given my husband a list of bag preferences and colors (first choice Constance 18 or 24, 2nd choice Birkin, 3rd choice Kelly since I already have a B and K from our home store). SA offered him a Constance 18 in rose extreme with palladium hardware! Husband called me to show me the bag and see if I wanted it, which I did!!! At the same time, he said SA also showed him a Constance 18 in rouge H, but I preferred the rose extreme. I think he was very lucky to be offered something at his first appointment. Just a word of caution - store manager apparently gave him a hard time because the appt was under our son’s name and passport number, but he is only 4 and obviously does not have a credit card to pay for a bag. They said you have to be at least 16 to make an appt online, which we were not aware of. In any case, they ended up selling my husband the bag but thought that would be helpful for others for future reference. Thank you to all who have contributed to this thread for your experiences and advice!!

congrats to all that have recently scored a B/K/C recently at FSH!

I'm heading to Paris this Sunday to land on 9/10, leaving on 9/14 with my hubby, so will be trying for apps with both names and passports, with that said I have 2 questions just in case anyone has experienced / tried :

1) do I need 1 distinct phone number with each passport - i.e. can I use my cell# to register for both me and hubby's passports?

2) I am a dual citizen, can I use both passports to increase my chances? and also referring to the above, will I need 1 distinct phone number per passport or can I consolidate to 1 phone number?
