Has your SA gone on vacation yet, mine are back in store but yours might be taking a later break and not sent you an out of office reply.

Same thing happened to me with my SA back in June. She responded as my trip approached -- about 10 days out. If you don't hear by then, forward you previous message with a note that you are excited to see him/her soon, etc.

That happened to me as well. Found out she was on vacation but also another SA told me that it’s rare for her to not reply back. But on the bright side I did get an appt on my 3rd try and met another SA who helped me get my HG

I am in same boat , emailed my regular SA and no response

I second @periogirl28, I emailed mine for like a month, but didn’t hear anything. Bam, I emailed her the other day again, and she immediately answered after coming from her extended vacation. If not, try calling.

Yes, I was wondering if they could tell by the receipt. No, I wasn’t asking anyone to guess lol Her name sounded like Jessie or Jazzy. I found our jewelry SAs card, so I could email her and ask...

This is my 4th time trying at FSH. I have read this thread for the last 3-4 years. 5 years ago you had to line up at the boutique at anytime. Got a NO 3 days in a row. 3 years ago also lined up in boutique and by some miracle Hermes God I found a fantastic SA. But 3rd time I had to line up outside from 7:30am because I did not have SA card at the time. Got a NO at that time too by another SA, following day I searched for my previous SA and was again able to get lucky. This time with this system. I got rejected 2 days straight. If it were not for my SA I would have been out of luck.
If I didn’t already have a back up plan(my SA) I would have definitely asked for an appointment at least 2 days before I was going to be there. I was only in Paris for 2 whole days, so I would have not gotten an appointment.

While I was waiting around, some people were given instructions to go to website while others were offered an appointment. Also the less in demand bags were offered in the general areas while more sought after bags where offered in private areas. I am only offering suggestions. It can be done but it is a little exhausting and takes effort and a lot of planning and determination, well that is what it has been for me in the last 5 years. Good Luck to all.

Adding a data point: I applied for an appointment at FSH twice (at around 10:30 am both times) and was rejected twice for yesterday and today. I also applied on behalf of my BF and he was rejected, too. I did hear about a special event on September 6, so maybe it will get easier after that.
