A few years ago, I was able to score a B after Christmas, and before New Year’s, at the very end of a day. While there are reports that it is harder and stock is lower, it is still possible.

Hi there! Stock is highest in the weeks leading up to Christmas and significantly lower afterward. However, it is not impossible. Just keep in mind if you try for a bag in London, there are often no new deliveries at the very end of December due to Christmas Day, Boxing Day and other observed banking holidays. If by any chance, you have a pre existing relationship with a boutique, please consider reaching out to your SA there to let them know when you will visit. Perhaps they can put aside something for you. Otherwise, bag or no bag, it is a beautiful time of year to visit both Paris and London! wishing you luck on your holiday trip!!

Thank you! I don't have a pre-existing relationship with any SA except in my hometown. :( Your note re: lack of London new deliveries at the end of December makes sense; do you think that's the case in Paris as well?

I am not sure about deliveries in Paris that time of year. The last time I was there during holiday season, I was not looking for a bag. I have always had the sense though that FSH always has a few highly sought after bags tucked away no matter what the season. Hope you find your dream bag... to find your dream bag in Paris during holiday season would make for a wonderful and memorable story!

I got the B35 in my avatar at FSH on January 6 or 8 last year. Then again it's quite a bright colour, not as coveted as neutrals I guess.

I was there too! Probably somewhere behind you. Sevres was gorgeous. It made me so happy to see.

Were you wearing a black box Kelly? Did you get anything? They told me they didn’t have anything today....I am so in love with speaking French I didn’t even care.
