Hi ladies & gents!
Long time lurker, first time poster. I’m traveling to Paris in a few weeks and want to email fsh about a specific gold bracelet I’m trying to track down.

Would someone kindly share the store’s email address? I’ve seen it posted here before but can’t find it now..

TIA!

After following this chat for a few years, I was very hopeful that I could score an appointment on my last day. I've been in Paris since Sunday and I couldn't get an appointment via the online system. I've visited FSH daily and there weren't any cancellations. According to one of the FSH hostesses, 70 people asked for cancellations this morning. [emoji15] I was negligent for not researching that this week is Paris Fashion Week for Men's. FSH SA said it's easier to secure an appointment between winter (except November) and early spring.

Unfortunately, Sevres location barely had anything in stock. George V had more stock non B/K/C bags available for sale. The SA at George V said they never stock B/K. I replied that I could also buy other products and she said this location doesn't operate this way. I think she meant that B's and K's are reserved for existing clients.

I've learned French since I was a kid and I stopped speaking it since graduating from high school. I could still understand and read French, but my speech is minimal. I've built the best rapport at Sevres and FSH. I was very pleasant and polite to everyone. I was joking with the SAs at Sevres in French before we switched back to English to talk about my wish list. One of the hostesses at FSH was very helpful. She tried to squeeze me in yesterday as one of the clients was late. However, the client ended showing up. [emoji20]

As vain as it sounds, the SA's judge what you wear. On day one and two, I wore non-H designer clothing and not many SA's approached me while I was browsing. On day three and four, I decked out in H products and I was constantly approached by SA's.

Even though I wasn't able to score a B/K, I was very thankful to purchase a suitcase full of H products from the boutiques and from the summer sale. [emoji5]

Good luck to those who are trying to secure an appointment and I hope to hear some uplifting news from you! [emoji4]

oh please share your purchases! I can’t believe I’m missing the sale by one day due to the time difference. Flying to Paris on the 28th but arriving on the 29th. [emoji28] how was the sale?

Even timed myself for this appointment but unfortunately still got rejected...

I got rejected 3 times and then got an appointment on the 4th try at 12:30pm. The SA said the same story no bags, blah blah. She asked me if I wanted another bag or other things. Obviously this SA has no interest in selling Bs or Ks. I politely said no and thanked her for “her time”. I read many bad stories about this SA when I saw her I was about to leave. I knew immediately I was not going anywhere with her and was wasting my time. I do have to say that she wrote down my specs. Other people here reported she would say no right away without looking. She treated me well and we shared laughs. Oh well I enjoyed my time in Paris but I will not visit FSH anymore. I wasn’t going to spend any dime playing the game unless I got a bag. I rather spend money in my home store where there is no pressure to spend certain amount to get a B or a K and besides that I have a lovely and caring SA.

Don’t get discourage if you get a PM appointment. This SA told me they get shipments after noon.

Good luck ladies!

I think it’s just luck. I saw many people wearing zero H or any designer items and got bags.
