I have never seen a short kelly wallet before, the SA said they only receive like 10pcs in a year (which I do not know it is true or not lol)

And I went to Sevre and bought some Petit H item, and found a rodeo MM which was a nice surprise.
Later that night I got the Monday appointment confirmed text. (FINALLY!!)
So I had a lunch nearby and kept checking the time, and it went from 14:00 to 13:00 and before my meal arrived it showed "Your sales associate is now available to meet you". I thought it was a bad sign that the appointment changed that fast, maybe there's no shipment at all...
I ate my meal like super super fast and ran to FSH, the reception lady at bag section said she will reschedule me but turn out a male SA is available right away.
He asked my preferences, I let him know my collection so far, and my target this time was black or dark blue in B30/K28/K32 GHW and epsom leather. My mom wanted a lindy 30 as well.
Then he went to checked the stock and came back asking us to follow him to third floor (which I did not know they let people go up to 3rd floor lol)
The room was so big and there's a two big boxes on the table.
He slowly opened the box, and it was a blue izmir B30 GHW in epsom. I was not sure if the color suits me, and my friend sitting beside me said if I did not really like the color then I should not buy it.
The other box was lindy 30 in S5, which I thought my mom would love so I decided right away.
After a long struggle inside my brain, I asked if he can check again the stock.
He pulled out a phone and talked for sometime and said he will be back but he cannot promise anything.
Later he came back with a box which I hope it was a good sign.
And inside was my holy grail B30 in black epsom with GHW.
I thought I nearly cried when I saw the bag, it's so perfect and fit my dream list right on the spot.
I am so sorry for the bad photo below because I do not have time to make a proper one yet. ( guess I am just too excited to share with you guys)

I purchased twilly for both bags, and both SA from Friday and that day helped me putting them on (felt like a super VIP lol)
My experience this time was such a unforgettable experience, all the SA were super friendly and helpful.
FSH is so much calmer compare to last year, but the online lottery thing is really making me nervous.

My friend was in Paris couple of weeks ago, she is an established customer at FSH (not a VIP though)! She received her appointment, met her SA at the first floor, she didn't even invited her to the corner or desk, and the SA said "sorry for interrupting you, but we have nothing in stock"! My friend was kind of shocked and even asked her why they give an appointments if they know there is nothing in stock. By the way my friend was wearing her Kelly, new Hermes sweater and sable fur coat.
After that she went to the George V store, chose a pair of shoe, then one sweater, and then asked the same SA about the bag. SA checked the stock by her phone (!!!!!!!!!!) said that there is 2 B and 1 K, my friend chose Kelly, SA came back said thay this Kelly has been taken literally 1 minute ago, and brought instead of K a 30 B Gris Asphalte, and said, if my friend want to buy this bag she needs to buy one more piece of clothes, because store manager said that she is a FSH client, not George V!!!!!!!! I'm was so shocked at this part!! But my friend said she is already chose shoes and sweater and she is not gonna buy anything else, and they sold her this bag anyway.
What is wrong with this world, this SA's and this stores managers(((

They missed their target growth in the last quarter, so it looks like they are pushing sales on other non bag items. I am not surprised if the chance of getting offered a B/K without any purchase is even lower now.

Why would it be more appropriate with a new customer ?
I don't find asking to buy more to have the permission to pay 10000$ for a bag appropriate.
I hope that if the SA would have still refused to sell the Birkin to your friend, she wouldn't have bought the shoes and the sweater.
Not only SA can play games.
