I had the same question as I will also be shopping with my mom. That's half the fun to be shopping together. We don't live together or have the same last name. Does that still count to Hermes as one appointment one household? Or will one SA work with the both of us and take both of our requests? Thanks!

Honestly, i feel that they just say that same household excuse to make their job easier. I've heard that to sell a B/K they have to get an approval from their senior manager. Perhaps it all depends if the SA is helpful enough to seek another approval for the 2nd B/K for you.

There's no rule for one appointment per household. More like 1 B/K/C per household. If you are looking for other bag designs, it should be okay.

I've shopped with my sister under the same appointment twice.
The first time, the SA was really nice and took both of our requests at the same time. The next day, another SA told us she could only serve the request of 1 person for B/K/C aka the one whose name is under the appointment. I didn't enjoyed doing my shopping with that lady. She was just unhelpful and told me that lindy is included in the 6 months qouta hence its hard to get a B/K (not true as i got a B offered few days later).

At the end of the day, it kinda boils down to the SA you got.

I said I know it's really hard, but I really like constance, he said well..they are equally as hard, then I told him the size and color I liked.

Then he went away, leaving me standing at the wallet counter. I wasn't that nervous as I didn't feel hopeful, he did not offer me a drink or ask me to a private room, like the good sign other TPFer got the bags had. I waited then I waited, and thought why it took so long for him to come back with a NO? I lost track of time, but it feels like more than 10 minutes, he came back with a box. My heart still didn't pound, as I was afraid he was going to show me something else like a berline or other bags. He slowly opened the bag........then I screamed. It's a K28 in epsom, gold hardware, rouge gernat! He put the strap on, and I looked in the mirror, I can't believe I had such a luck. I have never been successful with FSH on a first try. He only brought twillies, and nothing else, no fourbi. I was even more delighted when I checked the receipt and found that it was a sellier.

I also asked for a rodeo, and he told me they had none. I found rodeo extremely to find in any of the stores in Paris.

Congratulations!! Thank you for sharing your story! Rodeo is very2 hard to find in paris, never had the chance to get one yet :biggrin:

I arrived to the hotel at 11:30am, got ready and went to FSH at 1:00 pm, I asked to change my appointment but they said no they were really busy. I browsed the store and reserved a croc Oran sandal for my mum.

My DH went as well same time but not with me, as I wanted a bag for my mum and didn't want them to give us the 1 household rule. They said no appointment but come in the afternoon.

At 3:20 I was there, I waited for about 20 mins until my SA arrived, she took me to a private room before even asking me what bag do I want which I thought was a good sign. She asked me a lot of questions about my previous purchases but I have only one from Paris which is my Kelly 32 in 2015.

I told her I want a garden party which is for my mother in law, and a Lindy as my friend and then my list:

And then I told her that my DH is in Paris with me and I want to get my mum a bag, and if we can get one with his name but we want exotic birkin or Kelly, Her answer was maybe but first your bags.

She went for about 15 mins and came back with 3 boxes.

Then a Lindy 26 verso blue agate and Gris mouette, for my friend but she didn't like the colour, she told me they have Lindy 30 in gold with red inside but again my friend didn't like it.

Now my bag, I think I was almost gonna faint of excitement. My favourite bag ever K25 in noir GHW.

And then my mum turn, I told her I want B30 or K25 in ostrich my 1st colour choice is red. And she came but with B30 red with GHW.

It was such a happy day for me, and I'm so grateful for all your posts which helped a lot. I went again today and got this from George V boutique, for my baby sister.

I told her Kelly size 28 in neutral colours e.g. Noir, Etoupe... or 2nd choice B30 in same colors. She didn't ask about hardware and I forgot to mention. She went away for close to 10-15min and came with 2 boxes which I knew meant good news! We followed her to a private corner where she showed me my 1st classic neutral K28 in Gold! :heart: She did mention there was also an orange K28 in GHW but I was in :heart: with the neutral gold so I happily took that. The other smaller box was a matching Dogon wallet in Gold which I didn't take. I got a twilly with my K28 that day. Prior to this Kelly bag, I had not purchased anything in any of the H stores as yet. My SA did not write down my requests on paper nor ask for my passport.

That pretty much freed up my remaining days in Paris from the FSH queue (super happy!) and I continued my shopping leisurely at the 3 H stores thereafter...
My overall scores for this Paris trip... a fruitful trip indeed for me this time! Thanks for letting me share... :heart:

Wow! Thanks for sharing and congrats on getting these beauties! I didn't even think to contact the hotel personnel to make the Hermes appointment! Something to think about in the future!

Hi ladies just looking for some advice please... i'm going to Paris for my birthday as i really want to try and get my first B. We arrive into CDG at 9:35am on Friday.... would it be too late to head to FSH for an appointment at around 11am? We are staying at the sofitel around the corner. If not, i plan on lining up on my actual bday which is the Saturday and try then. Any tips? My BF is going to line up seperately. We are also looking for some home bits and some jewellery.
