Hi everyone! I've really enjoyed reading all the posts even though I am not sure when my next Paris trip will be. Thanks for sharing the info here!!

So my friend will be going to Paris for work and will help me buy an Evelyne pm bag. Which store should I tell her to go to? She won't be able to stand in line for an appointment due to work (and I would never ask a friend to do that for me), so does that mean FSH is out? Or she can still stop by since it's not b/k? Is it relatively easy to get? Thanks so much!!

As I understand it, you need an appointment to be helped with any bag in the leather department at FSH. I would recommend George V and Sevres. In my experience, although George V is a smaller store, they have more sales people available to help customers. Sevres never has enough staff in the leather department, which makes the wait really long to get help even without an appointment.

I think sevres is a better bet. I was at Fsh last week and they had no colors except for a blue atoll and an orange evelyne in Pm. When I went to sevres they had 10 colors to choose from. So imo sevres.

My friend and I arrived in Paris on Sunday, January 8 and lined up on Monday morning. Both us scored: presenting my B25 in rough grenat in swift and my friend's K35 in rough grenat in clemance! Detailed story will follow later today. Thanks for allowing me to share our joy and exitment!

Thanks so much!! Appreciate the info! Sounds like I should tell my friend to avoid FSH. I'm looking for any blue or etoupe, hopefully it's not too hard. Fingers crossed!
